Negative experience: We bought an apartment from the developer and the finishes were third-world quality. Once we signed the purchase, they disappeared and don’t fix the defects. The ventilation system is poorly done; odors from the neighbors' kitchens come in, it's a real shame, and they don’t come to fix the defects, they keep giving us the runaround. The terrace enclosure is completely disassembled. It has been a very bad experience, we will advise against buying from this developer and we can only say that if we had known, we would never have bought the apartment.
