Negative experience: I do not recommend this agency at all, moreover, the person who attended us (Inma) is quite rude and clearly not prepared to be in front of the public. Firstly, the rental contracts are not legal, they do not reflect the landlord's tax data, nor ID nor address nor anything, they force students to pay everything in cash and not by bank transfer. They have abusive practices with students, they deliver apartments dirty and the appliances in poor condition and then keep the deposit to do the annual cleaning claiming that they left it in bad condition. In our case, it was the parents who took care of cleaning it and leaving it much better than we found it, refusing to return the deposit and as far as we know, they tend to do this all the time.

Negative experience: They gave me an appointment to see a garage, and after spending the weekend, on the same Monday, they sent a WhatsApp saying that it is already rented. They cannot leave the customer like this, with such little formality.

Negative experience: Te dicen te llamaran, pero nunca llaman. Hay gente con necesidad de encontrar piso :(
