Negative experience: Disappointed. A whole week requesting to make a reservation for an apartment, waiting to receive the information (community expenses, IBI amount, simple note,...) which they promised to send me in 24 hours because they were meeting with the owner, trying to schedule an appointment to see it and sign the deposit, only for Carlos to eventually tell me that it has been sold. I don’t understand this way of working, always reactively responding to messages/calls from those wanting to buy a property. --> Responding to your intervention: I could post here a photograph of the WhatsApp conversation with Carlos who, at no point, told me that I had to see the apartment first, quite the opposite: 'Regarding the penthouse for sale. Tomorrow I meet with the owners, and I will send you the information you requested' to validate the truthfulness of my words and, consequently, of my review. I appreciate that you took the time to read my reviews, a time that could be spent better attending to your potential buyers to increase your sales. It is worth mentioning that you have stopped mentioning my 5-star reviews, which there are, and in abundance. Self-criticism is a value in a company, especially if your work is public-facing; never arrogance. Best regards!

Negative experience: Primero dicen una cosa y luego otra, no la recomiendo ya que sus palabras no son de fiar, si lo hubiera sabido desde un principio no hubiera perdido mi tiempo en esta empresa, porque seguro que hay muchas mejores que estas.
