Negative experience: I give it a 1 because I can't give a 0. Terrible service. I called to inquire about a rental and no one assists me. I go to the office, they take my details to schedule an appointment and say they will call me. After 3 days of being ignored, we gave up. Zero professionalism. Terrible service and a lack of respect and attention towards the customer. Not recommended at all.

Negative experience: Contactamos con la inmobiliaria para alquilar larga temporada de un piso en el barrio de los angeles. Tras multitud de preguntas e informar sobre solvencia económica de dos personas responsables, comunican que el día de la visita al inmueble llevemos la documentación y dinero de la fianza para poder acceder a ella el próximo mes. El día de la visita, nos encontramos que tienen 4 visitas más ese día y con cierta soberbia nos preguntan si estamos interesados y le comunicamos tras ver la casa que sí, incluso con el dinero ya en mano. Nos comunican que no pueden asegurarnos la entrada a la casa puesto que tienen más visitas y se quedarán con el perfil que más les guste tras habernos dicho por teléfono que llevasemos el dinero. Quedan en llamarnos por la noche para dar una respuesta y no se comunican. Tenemos que volver a contactar para saber una respuesta al siguiente día a lo que dicen que la casa se la quedan otros inquilinos. Falta de responsabilidad, profesionalidad y palabra. Una vergüenza de inmobiliaria y personal.

Negative experience: Muy profesionales cuando te venden el piso, luego ya te dan largas cuando faltan los boletines de suministro que tenían que entregar a la firma de la vivienda y que hacen que tengas que pagar por una documentación que es obligación del propietario. totalmente recomendable
