Negative experience: They are experts at saying yes to everyone, but then they don't fulfill what was agreed upon. The arrangements they made for changing the water were poorly done and they haven't even taken responsibility for that. Not recommendable.

Negative experience: If I have to recount how the entire process went, the text becomes endless... But the summary is that I paid €3000 as a deposit and the agreement was that if the purchase/sale did not go through because of me, I would lose that deposit. And if it did not go through due to the seller's fault, I would receive double what was given. Well, the purchase/sale did not take place due to the seller's fault and no one wants to pay those €3000. You as a real estate agency should ensure that things are done correctly, and you handled it terribly with me because: - You didn't inform me that the property was in a complicated inheritance process until I made the reservation - Your agent always assured me to stay calm because the purchase/sale would go through, when after 8 MONTHS, they confirmed to me that finally the owner did not want to sell. The result is that I lost that time, effort, and excitement trying to buy that property, that frustration has taken away my desire to get into another purchase/sale process. If you had been legal, you should have figured out how to ensure I received my compensation, since that was what we discussed and I signed at the beginning. It is true that you have tried to give me the €3000 I paid, but you don't owe me €3000, you owe me €6000. And don’t tell me that the owner has to give that to me as you said... I don’t have to deal with the owner, you are the intermediaries, and if the operation goes well, you take your good commission from both parties. You have lied to me and have thrown me aside.

Negative experience: I paid the deposit to reserve a property, the purchase did not go through because of the seller and Technocasa, who are the intermediaries, washed their hands of it. This was three years ago and I am still in court to get my compensation for not fulfilling their part, a hell... If there is any problem in the sale, they do nothing but make excuses.

Jesús was informed in person and via WhatsApp that we would not continue with them, and after six months without hearing any news from them, when we listed our apartment for sale with another real estate agency, just 5 minutes after uploading the photos, this other agency received a threatening and insulting call from Miguel Ángel towards my wife. But it doesn't stop there; they filed a lawsuit against us for breach of contract... When we communicated MORE THAN 6 MONTHS IN ADVANCE that we were not going to sell with them, and they didn't even take a single photo of our apartment, nor did they publish anything on the websites, and the market study of our home was non-existent... By the way, on Coto de Doñana street, I got the phone number of the duplex you sold... You are ungrateful. You haven't just lost a client; I will advise everyone I can not to trust you. *editing after your response* Without further desire to speak with you, I say that we did notify you that we did not want to continue with you long before we decided to sell our home with another real estate agency. Do I remind you of the reason? Besides trying to sell our home for a price below the market (our mistake for trusting you with the first offer, yes, that was all your work), we then made a deposit for a property which they did not accept the offer for, and you did not return it to us until a month and a half later after many calls asking you to return it... Due to your delays and lack of professionalism, I also remind you that the buyers withdrew from the purchase; we told you both in person and via WhatsApp that we would not sell our apartment with you, but you preferred to stay silent and not warn us that it should be done differently since we did it orally and via WhatsApp in September and MY APARTMENT IS SOLD IN MARCH!! And your call to my wife was unpleasant and insulting, and you should have spared her from it… your professionalism is tremendous... Anyway, I hope that at least the money you take after a trial where they didn't even let us present these facts, is spent on learning how to be good professionals and not deceive through trickery!

Negative experience: Bad experience with them. They showed up at my house without being called, leaving notes on the door and waiting for me at the entrance. They don’t even know the prices in some areas.

Negative experience: Happy with the service until the purchase was completed. Once the apartment purchase was made, Pedro took a long time to respond and forgot to answer my questions. On the other hand, I believe they sided more with the buyer than with me, even though both of us paid the same fees. They were not clear about the ITE, and an issue arose that I did not like at all. To this day, I do not regret having relied on them, but there are aspects to improve.

Negative experience: Hello, I am not satisfied at all with this real estate agency. After having blocked the sale of my apartment for X time, I find out that David had received the buyer's reservation, which upset me a lot. Before paying the commission to the agency, they answered calls or messages almost immediately, but after that, (David and M.A. Manager) it was a 'please respond to me' (to which I am still waiting for answers to some questions). Off... And to finish, I believe that David needs to be more globally informed regarding the documents and paperwork that a seller living abroad should present, etc. This delayed the sale process and the lack of information for me as a seller made it very stressful, and the process was not easy at all. There is a reason to hire a real estate agency, as they have or should have all the necessary knowledge for their clients. Finally, this process has ended, the sale was made, and I appreciate having finished this. Above all, I thank the buyers who facilitated the sale of the apartment at the last moment with good terms. Negative experience: I purchased a home in Zapillo, Almeria. My agent was Anthony Pomares. He talked a good game but never followed up. We placed a 10% down-payment in June 2022 and did not close on the house until October 16, 2022. We understood that there was a death in the family and they had to change heirs. We knew that we had to be patient. We paid Pomares in June and it seem that he stopped communicating with us because he was already paid. If we did not call to check on status he never called us. We lived about 3 hours away by bus so we wanted to be kept informed. We finally went to visit him in the first week in October to be updated and revisit the house. The house was still full of furniture and we impressed to him that we wanted the house cleared out. He said it would be accomplished. We came back to to our home in Murcia and was infomed that the closing would be on October 16th., so we did not go back to the house before closing. After closing, we went to the house to find it still full of furniture and tried to get him to clear out the house but he was very indifferent and refuse to do anything else. He was very unprofessional after the closing. Like I mentioned earlier, he talked a good game but his action was not. We had to pay to clear the house after 4 months of the down-payment. Not pleased.
