Negative experience: I bought a house and the one next door had Diogenes syndrome. Shortly after buying it, the smell and the cockroaches became unbearable. All the neighbors knew what was happening there. I'm surprised they didn't inform the community about what they were selling.

Negative experience: On October 10th, I contacted someone named Ismael to see an apartment, and he responded that he would pass my phone number to his colleague Ester. The next day, I told Ismael that I was free from work and could make the visit, but he left me on read without giving me any response. On Friday, October 13th, my partner called another phone number we found online, which was Ester's contact. When my partner mentioned that I had already called, her excuse was that she had tried to contact me but her phone failed, and that they still didn't have the keys to the house, but that they would get in touch with us on Monday, October 16th, to arrange a visit for Tuesday. Today, Wednesday, October 18th, having not received a response, I went to their office in La Cañada, and when I introduced myself, first she asked for my phone number, which she didn't have due to some mistake from her colleague, as she said, and second, she told me that they were showing the apartment that very morning and it might already be sold. P.S. They waste your time, they don’t communicate clearly, and they confuse you. When talking to them through WhatsApp, it's better to disable temporary messages.

Fantastic experience: In our case, everything happened in less than a week, super fast buying and selling (the signature of the deed was delayed due to legal deadlines, the 10 days of mortgage waiting, and the banks), but regarding the management of the real estate agency, they adapted at all times to schedules, in general, good treatment from the entire team. More efficiency and speed is impossible. It's not just a usual real estate agency that buys and sells, but they can also advise you on default insurance, home staging, and tenant management.

Negative experience: My experience has been negative, Ismael's treatment has been correct and professional, but specifically Mª Carmen has been very unprofessional and quite rude. I seriously doubt that professional ethics is one of her reference values.

Negative experience: I saw an ad for an apartment on idealista that I really liked and called the phone number listed in the ad, which was a landline and told me that the phone does not exist, (950790.....Esther). I wrote an email on March 29, to which I have received no response at all. I called on April 5 and a very nice guy answered, who gave me Esther's mobile number which I called 3 times with no response. I understand it being Holy Week, but I called today on the 12th and Esther answered me, in a tone that, in my opinion, is not very appropriate for being in front of the public and told me that it has already been sold when I have been trying since March 29. If they are like this to see a house and in the end you get nothing, for more serious procedures I don’t even want to think about it... Thanks for nothing...

Negative experience: Ismael es un gestor inmobiliario profesional, de trato muy correcto, con educación. No se puede decir lo mismo de las demás agentes, MCarmen y Silvia por no hacer más comentarios. No son recomendables.

Negative experience: Trato, formalidad y seriedad pésima. A una hora de firmar el contrato de arras (saliendo por la puerta) nos llaman para decirnos que nos suben el precio en 10000€ más de lo publicado en el anuncio (casi nada), o aceptamos o se la lleva otro, todo ésto después de haber pasado todos nuestros datos, documentación etc. Una ética empresarial y una palabra a la hora de cerrar un trato de risa. Cómo me imaginaba todo mentira, porque al día siguiente la comercial, muerde el anzuelo y dice que la casa se apalabró el día anterior en otro precio (que no eran 10000€ más, sino 7000€) pero que no se había firmado el contrato aún, que si ofrecían más se la queda el último que llega. Si la palabra de las personas no tiene valor ¿Qué nos queda? Sólo escribo por si le puede valer a alguien, porque el modus operandi en mi caso, ha sido de dudosa reputación. Fue la primera inmobiliaria con la que tuvimos contacto, el chasco fue grande, pero tengo que decir, que no todos son iguales. Cuando se lo he comentado a otros, me han dicho que siempre hay garbanzos negros.
