En este ámbito, donde hay quienes te dejan tirada cuando ya no les interesa tu casa. Tal como me hizo otra inmobiliaria que me había alquilado el piso tres veces, pero cuando surgieron problemas, ya no quiso saber nada de mí. Me exigía exclusividad y, ni así, se puso en contacto conmigo como se había comprometido. En un mundo inmobiliario donde sin exclusividad no te venden ni alquilan nada, y si lo hacen, es con comisiones y condiciones abusivas. Entre todo este mar de intereses e interesados, encontré un oasis en el desierto con Rosana, directora de la inmobiliaria El Cabo, junto a su profesional y eficiente equipo humano formado por Mery y Alberto. Rosana es la persona más profesional, honesta, eficiente, eficaz, rápida, flexible, dispuesta, valiosa, respetuosa y colaboradora que he encontrado en mi vida en una inmobiliaria. Catorce años han pasado desde la primera vez que contacté con ella para un alquiler. Durante todo ese tiempo, me ha demostrado su compromiso y ha estado ahí para asesorarme sin recibir ninguna gratificación económica por mi parte. Mientras otras se llevaron el gato al agua y me dejaron tirada, ella me ayudó a encontrar soluciones sin pedirme nada a cambio; al contrario, siempre quería lo mejor para mí.
