Negative experience: Me contacta por WhatsApp Miguel, sin que yo haya solicitado sus servicios, viendo que no contesto insiste telefonicamente al dia siguiente (estoy ocupado...), no obstante me exige una respuesta y me cuelga el telefono, no se donde se ha formado usted pero no son formas caballero. Tengo según su criterio que desatender mis negocios para atender el suyo, sin yo tener interes alguno en que me represente? Seamos serios un instante, sin hablar de la protecion de datos que usted vulnera, usted esta realizando captacion lo cual respeto es su negocio, pero no me exija nada en absoluto, porque yo no le he solicitado nada a ustedes y mucho menos piense que dejare a mis clientes para atender a su negocio, la cosa no funciona asi. Revise su respuesta, intente ser más explícito hay muchos errores en su respuesta, además está inventando historias, deja entender de que supuestamente sus clientes hubiesen venido a visitar mi casa? Será broma. Ya se nota la dedicación que pone en su labor. Mucha prisa y poca seriedad. Y si, usted está vulnerando la ley de protección de datos, ya que el teléfono está ahí para que me contacten los clientes directamente no para que usted haga uso del mismo insistiendo y molestándome y exigiendo respuestas que no es usted nadie para exigirme nada. No le he dejado tiempo para explicarme nada porque no me INTERESA su propuesta ni tengo tiempo para dedicarle, haber si lo termina de entender y respeta a la gente es muy fácil y se había ahorrado esto.

Negative experience: Te vacilan un montón, en varias ocasiones colocan pisos en idealista los quitan, luego pasas por la agencia te dicen que te llamarán o que el piso no esta ya disponible, al otro dia vuelven a publicarlo, se aprovechan como hay tanta demanda se burlan de la gente, ni cumpliendo el perfil te toman en cuenta.

Negative experience: A week ago, I contacted them and a lady named Gema (or Nuria, I can't remember) returned my call. I mentioned my interest in visiting an apartment they have in Campello (Gabriel Miró area) and she said she would take note, check her schedule, and call me to arrange a visit. Until today. What a professional... not even able to schedule a visit, imagine closing a sale with such representatives. I foresee an uncertain future with few sales for them. Fortunately, in Campello, there are many other agencies more interested in their clients. Edit: Seeing their response, I stand by my statement. It is basic courtesy to at least inform a potential client, whom they could have even offered another apartment, about the situation. (By the way, as of today, the apartment is still being advertised...)
