Negative experience: Cuidado con esta agencia y los contratos de arrendamiento. Alquilamos una propiedad en Bonalba, nos subieron tres años el IPC excusándose en la subido de tipos de interés (cuando bajaron los tipos, ya no tenían excusas, pero lo siguieron subiendo) Qué falta de honestidad y buscar excusas baratas. No se ha fallado ni un solo mes, NI UNO SOLO, en el pago del alquiler ni de impuestos de basuras. Hubo un siniestro en el trastero, donde perdimos mas de 1.200 € (cuantificados), y a la hora de la verdad nos dicen que su seguro no se hace cargo porque no está declarada la vivienda como alquilada. Nos comunican que un colchón, lavadora y lavavajillas son nuevos, a estrenar, y cuando se les piden facturas no las aportan. Desconocen la Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos. Se les comunicó con tiempo que dejábamos la vivienda en fecha y forma. Realizamos nuestra mudanza intentando dejar todo de la mejor manera posible y NO devuelven la fianza por decisión unilateral. Unos impresentables. Y quedarse con una fianza es de ser poco honestos y honrados. Más teniendo en cuenta que empezamos pagando 675 €, terminamos pagando 725 €, y ahora alquilan la vivienda en 995 €, con el beneficios que ello les supondrá. Desaconsejable, nada profesional y ética CERO.
