Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. I was misled. I was sold a house with a noise problem because the real estate agent was friends with the seller. They blatantly lied to me during the process to get me to buy it. They were dishonest, unprofessional, and acted in bad faith.

If you could kindly come by the office or call us to talk, we would appreciate it, because I believe you are mistaken. As of 11/12/2024, we are still waiting for you to come or call to give us an explanation of what you are saying and of your attitude, as you are defaming us in such an intrusive way.
Negative experience: We went to see a house and were very well attended during the visit. Then we went to meet supposedly with the owner, according to what Estrella told us. We went to the office, but the owner wasn't there; she lied to us, saying that to make an offer, we needed to deposit 3000€ so she could contact the owner. We did it. Three days later, we called her and she didn't know who we were; she hadn't done any of her job. We went to the real estate agency to see what explanation they would give us, as she wasn't answering the phone. When we arrived there, she said with these words 'they already reserved it, and we didn't know anything, dude.' We demanded that she return our money. She refunded it, but I will not work with them again because she is utterly incompetent. She said she had a lot of work and was on her phone on social media, hahaha, ridiculous. The worst real estate agency I have ever worked with, I do not recommend it. Do not deposit money until you sign the reservation contract because I found out later that they auctioned the property for more than they were asking, which is why there was so much hassle and not answering the phone to increase their commission. A disgrace.
Good afternoon Juan José, it is clear that writing reviews is free and lying is too. Let me explain again what we have already explained to you several times, we never bring together owner and client without a reservation in between and especially when you want to offer an amount far below the advertised price of the property, which was the proposal you made to us: an apartment that was put on the market at a price of €145,000, after convincing the sellers to lower the price to €135,000. At that moment you entered through platforms interested in it, asking us to negotiate at €128,000. We explained that they had already lowered it by €10,000 and that it is very difficult for them to lower it that much. Even so, we tried; as you can understand we are not going to start a negotiation for anyone without having secured the property, (it has happened to us that by trusting, we have begun a negotiation that takes time and effort and when I managed to convince the owner, we called the buyer who wanted the negotiation and they told us they had secured another property, so we don’t work for anyone without something more than word in between. Words and politeness are sadly lacking a lot nowadays. Securing the interest of purchase with a deposit or reservation is how it is always done; this way, those who do not deceive are us) which is what we did. I can assure you that we do our job as professionally as possible and 'Estrella does not have social media', she is a natural worker, her colleague was on sick leave, and one can only go as far as one can, or do you think you are the only client of the agency? If she didn’t answer the phone, it was because she was with clients or she didn’t have an answer yet from the sellers. But from minute one we saw in you that you were anxious (a reservation and negotiation was made in 2 days, the owners also work, and in this case, there were several to talk to), the property in question was advertised in two other real estates besides mine, coincidentally it was also reserved through another channel. We did not sell the apartment and your accusations and slanders will have judicial consequences. If you are annoyed about losing the option to buy the property, you should have offered what the owners were asking. The money was refunded to you the same day the owners confirmed to us that they accepted the reservation from the other real estate at their selling price of €135,000. Without further ado, I say goodbye, telling you that you will hear from us regarding the defamation you referenced.

Negative experience: Malos en gestion te obligan a que les des por adelantado el 2 por ciento y si no compras no te lo devuelven, te hacen firmar un contrato de arras, con un contrato mal hecho, el propietario se queda el dinero y no tienes derecho a nada, mosquea, tienes que ir a juicio por todo, si quieres recuperar algo, no todo
Antonio, siento mucho y entiendo tu malestar, pero te explico. Todas las agencias trabajamos igual las ventas, cuando visitas una propiedad o varias propiedades que es el caso (VISITAS ECHAS POR NOSOTROS) y te decides por una de ellas, la reservas mediante un contrato para que ya no se siga enseñando a otros posibles interesados(QUE GENERAMOS NOSOTROS), mientras se genera el contrato de arras (QUE GENERAMOS NOSOTROS, RECABANDO TODA LA INFORMACION DE LA PROPIEDAD Y RECIBOS PARA QUE ESTES TRANQUILO DE QUE TODO ESTA SINCARGAS NI AFECCIONES) esto con tu voluntad de hacerlo, sin que nadie te obligue, el contrato de arras que firmas y que se te leeyo antes de la firmarlo tu con tu propia voluntad nuevamente, explica claramente que si te echas para atras en la compra del inmueble por motivos propios e injustificables, no de terceros (como podria ser que no te dieran la hipoteca) pierdes la cantidad de las arras en concepto de penalización, esto es asi en todos los casos. Las agencias cobramos honorarios en esa firma de arras, porque ya tenemos desarrollado el trabajo y empezamos con la preparación de la firma de compra-venta en notaria. Esto es así, te echaste para atrás en la compraventa sin ningún motivo justificable, por lo tanto, pierdes lo que has aportado.
