Negative experience: I trusted this real estate agency because years ago we had rented from them without any problems, but this year we haven't had the same luck. I don't know if it's because over the years the quality of everything has decreased and the prices have increased, but literally what they rented us for a studio was a storage room. Property owners want to negotiate with storage rooms or small rooms pretending to renovate them, and it’s mere decoration; the practicality, hygiene, ventilation, and privacy left much to be desired. The humidity was so excessive that we were on the verge of becoming ill, not to mention the homemade remedies or spells in every corner or who knows...be careful!! Check anything published beforehand; not even the photos reflect the claustrophobia that place caused us, all our luggage was damp, a disaster... Professionals cannot endorse this nonsense, I’m sorry, but we had a hard time, especially for my two children.

Negative experience: As the homeowner whose property the real estate agency was in charge of renting, I must say that they rented my property without my permission. Without me being present for the sign, the deposit, and the availability of the dates. I found out about it because I went to spend the weekend and encountered the tenants in my home. The rental managers had known since August; I asked them if they found tenants for September and they confirmed that they had not, which turned out to be a lie.
