Negative experience: I had to send them a fax for them to issue an invoice for a rental service. My friend has a printing business and issues invoices on the spot. They sent me an email saying that they are looking into how to include the invoice from last year. And that I should have a few beers with the VAT. Attached email.

Negative experience: This week we went to visit a property with E., one of the representatives of the real estate agency... The truth is that the treatment we received was regrettable :( We felt questioned from the very first moment and that there was a certain defensive position on their part with the consequent retaliation, when at no point did we make any impertinent comments or questions that were not the most usual in any of the homes we saw on the visit (community fee and IBI tax, or functionality of appliances, heating, etc.) Obviously, we mentioned little things that didn't convince us because the genuine interest in the apartment is already assumed from the moment we contacted for the visit... We felt like they wanted to 'get rid' of us to the point that they didn't want to show us the garage space... and questioned our interest in the visit. On the other hand, it gave the impression in response to the questions that they were not very informed about the condition of the property, assuming that the logical thing is that it is not in good condition.

Negative experience: The agent in the office was very unpleasant. The ad states two rooms, and she tells me, 'it's one and a living room' in an unpleasant tone and hangs up the phone. I do not recommend it at all; first, you need to have manners and know how to work with the public.
