Negative experience: I agreed with them on the purchase of an apartment. We scheduled the next day for the signing of the deposit contract, and four hours before the signing, they denied the purchase. Absolute informality and shady behavior. Not recommendable at all.

Negative experience: FATAL, I would never hire their services to sell my apartment, I don't want them to 'scare off' interested parties... I spoke with Cristina, as I was interested in buying an apartment they have listed on Idealista. My surprise is that she tells me the name of the street (which is already in the ad) but doesn't want to give me the number, due to confidentiality... Excuse me? To know if I'm interested in the property, I need to know the exact location, it's not the same having number 1 on a street as having number 45.... she didn't want to tell me, I'm sorry for the sellers because the attitude of the agent scares off potential buyers... as a buyer, I will not call any ad from this real estate agency again, I don't like wasting time.
