Negative experience: I will be as concise as possible. The real estate agency is run by two brothers. I had the unfortunate luck to deal with one of them. I went to visit a property. He told me that I was the second to see it, but that he had 'power' to let the owner choose one buyer or another, urging me to give him a word right away, which would also commit him to me. So I did. I also warned him that if there were any problems, he should let me know by the next day at the latest, as I urgently needed to find a place due to work relocation. After being unreachable for more than 5 days, he tells me that the person who saw the property first had taken it. It's ridiculous. It’s possible that he wanted an extra payment and I just didn’t realize it; I can't think of another possibility.
I will be very concise in my response to this individual, you were the second to see the property and the person who visited before you wanted to keep it, and the owner preferred their profile over yours, end of story. Certainly, slandering online is very easy and shows the level of those who do it.

Negative experience: Lo peor de lo peor. Unos sin vergüenzas! Teníamos el piso reservado y estábamos esperando que nos den cita para firmar el contrato de compra-venta. Mientras nos daban largas cerraron la venta con otro comprador.
Nos vemos obligados a contestar a esta reseña ya que lo que indica esta persona es completamente falso. Las reservas de cualquier piso que gestionamos se formalizan mediante un contrato de arras o señal, hasta que se da ese paso la vivienda sigue estando en comercialización. Por otra parte la persona que realiza esta reseña de Google (Martín Andersen) nunca ha firmado ninguna hoja de visita con nuestra agencia, ni mucho menos ha formalizado una oferta por alguna de las viviendas que comercializamos.

Positive experience: Agencia inmobiliaria muy bien ubicada centro de A Coruña (Al lado de la plaza de María Pita )con oferta de pisos tanto de compra como de alquiler. Seriedad y muy buena gestión. Merece la pena y, más hoy en día con tanta aportación telemática.
