Negative experience: The worst real estate agency I have ever seen in my life, Catalina is a conceited person who looks down on you thinking she is someone important, I don't see how someone like that can work in front of the public, who by the way, also works at Inmoinferniño, read their reviews and you'll see what a gem it is. I went to see a ground floor, met with her and she was constantly on her phone, WhatsApp, voice messages... as if my presence bothered her, with an incredible lack of enthusiasm and arrogance. I won't be coming back.

Fantastic experience: It shouldn't be surprising to try to discredit the image of a firm or the person associated with it through reviews. Or both at the same time, simple and reliable. The problem does not lie in individual interpretation but surely its effects are noticeable from a public execution, to put it in a suggestive way. After all, this is what happens when one questions unilaterally without any other intention than to publicize a grievance. My experience with this firm involves the acquisition of an apartment through this Bernabé. I have not had any problems if we understand that each party has its tasks. Sometimes we interpret our needs as something external and that ends up reflected in avoidable disagreements. For this, there are formal complaint mechanisms, 'more for distributing possible responsibilities than signaling a single action that leaves one exposed to something possibly reinterpretative.' Conflicts or differences often reclaim expectations about what is due without any regard for the other. I am surprised by certain criticisms of Bernabé in that sense. Not for qualifying something I do not know but from my own experience and that of another person I have known who he sold another apartment to. Honestly, I have not had any problems with this agent. In fact, I want to specify that he has accompanied me throughout the sales process, notary, management, and even certain repairs in the apartment without any issues. All of this wrapped in that necessary agility by a professional. I have worked with several agencies and I can and must compare. For my part, I believe I have done my homework as a client within the purchasing process. It is not all about delegating to the assigned person but seeking coherence in understanding. I will continue with this real estate agency and I am clear that it will be with this agent.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional, I called them twice to see a place on Avenida Finisterre and I am still waiting for them to respond. If I were the owner, I wouldn't have much confidence in them selling it to me.

Negative experience: A lot of caution. They do not carry any control over the land registry references with the properties they sell. The problems with the tax office, the property registry, and the costs to fix their incompetence are borne by the client. They help little or stall. We are several neighbors in the same situation. The star I am forced to give Google, I dedicate to Jorge, who at least was kind. Belén is unprofessional, I don’t know how she has a public-facing position. One cannot be more unpleasant, chaotic, and rude.

Negative experience: Fatal service and total lack of respect for the customer: 2 people traveled in their own cars, after agreeing on an appointment to see a property 40 km from their respective homes, and upon arrival.....they don't have the keys. Amazing.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with this real estate agency, at least with the agent who attended us, Bernabé, an unacceptable person. Very poor communication with him, we almost lost the deposit due to his fault, and he tried to make us believe that the owner wanted more money for the apartment, which we found out on the signing day was a strategy to take more cash. In the end, we bought, but after a long time and having to involve a lawyer in the middle.
