Negative experience: !!WARNING!! Be very careful with this real estate agency or whatever it is; they have properties listed with incomplete information and without the owners' permission.

Negative experience: La agente me enseñó el piso al que le habían cortado la luz, así que no pude ver bien muchas cosas hasta el día que me dieron las llaves. Una vez que yo misma di de alta la luz y pude ver que el piso estaba destrozado me puse en contacto con ella y me trasmitió que los propietarios indicaban que procediera a los arreglos que me lo descontarían de las mensualidades, una vez hecho esto un mes después, vuelvo a comunicarme con ella y su actitud fue totalmente vergonzosa, no me dejaba hablar, diciéndome que era una pesada!! diciendo que ella no me había dicho nada, que si algo no me gustaba que me fuera, y sobre todo que yo era una inquilina “ que sólo le daba problemas y caprichosa” que no iban a pagarme ningún arreglo porque lo que había arreglado lo había hecho por capricho. Alucinante, el piso estaba de suciedad hasta los topes, los muebles estropeados y orinados porque se ve que habían tenido animales que se habían comido incluso zócalos muebles y paredes, piezas del baño rotas y que no funcionan, humedades, grietas en las paredes... y un largo etc. no solo me ha mentido, y me ha faltado totalmente al respeto sino que además me han cobrado mes de fianza, mes por adelantado, seguro de impago obviamente tramitado por su parte no han querido que yo lo hiciera ( claro también se dedican a los seguros) seguro del que no tengo constancia ni copia, y 120 euros en concepto de gestión, que aquí no ha gestionado absolutamente nada, y además me acabo de enterar que es totalmente ilegal. Recibirán mi denuncia, puesto que tengo toda la documentación y fotos, y por supuesto no se lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo, ni tengo ni una sola palabra buena para dedicarles. Si no lo es, roza la estafa.

Negative experience: We scheduled a visit to an apartment that they had advertised for 100,000 euros. After the visit, we liked the apartment and the girl from the real estate agency told us that some girls had seen it before and were offering 95,000 euros. She mentioned that if we wanted, we could also make an offer. Immediately, we emailed her that we would take the apartment for the advertised amount, the 100,000 euros. We also called her to communicate this. Her response was: 'perfect, I will call you tomorrow for the deposit contract.' In other words, we went to bed with the verbal commitment (and the excitement) of having bought an apartment. Well, the next day... SURPRISE!... the girls are taking the apartment. We told her it was impossible, that we had purchased it, and she said no, because they saw it first, they get to keep it. Outrageous!! Points to consider: 1- If you give your word to a client, you should not have such a loose commitment threshold. 2- They seem to have different rules in their real estate agency compared to others. AN APARTMENT IS NEVER FOR THE ONE WHO SEES IT FIRST, BUT FOR THE ONE WHO SAYS THEY WILL BUY IT FOR THE ADVERTISED VALUE!! 3- Going forward, if I schedule a visit with you, I will first take the liberty of knowing if I'm simply going to help inflate the property's selling price, or if I am visiting as a real client. 4- If you ask for explanations, as was our case, their response is as incoherent as the entire event. They say the fault lies in having set a very low selling price for the apartment. In short, I urge you to change the misleading advertising on your website, suggesting a slogan that does more justice: ALQUIGAL YOUR UNTRUSTWORTHY REAL ESTATE!!

Negative experience: In November, Nidia (alquicoruña) showed us an apartment that we liked, and we decided to make an offer; the price was €95,000, and they finally lowered it to €92,500. We asked her to include a clause in the earnest money stating that if we couldn't secure financing, we wouldn't be penalized, to which they did not agree. The option they gave us was to make a reservation of €2,500 once the bank's approval was obtained, so we rushed to do the appraisal since the person managing the priority, a man who collaborates with alquicoruña named Rivas, would only wait for us a week; furthermore, according to Nidia, there were more interested parties in the apartment. After agreeing to these conditions, I received a call from Nidia saying that if we wanted to proceed with the purchase, we had to pay €2,500 under the table, so the purchase price of the house would be €90,000. We agreed because we were interested in the apartment. Once the appraisal was done, we managed to get the bank to grant us the mortgage, and the next step was to finalize a date to sign at the notary. After speaking with Nidia, we agreed to sign on December 12th. A few days later, I received a call from her saying that the owners no longer wanted to sell due to marital problems... In all of this, we had already informed that we were leaving the apartment we were renting... As of today, I am still claiming the appraisal money from the real estate agency and I find myself living at my mother-in-law's and renting a storage room to keep our things... Definitely, I do not recommend this real estate agency to anyone; they are incompetent and liars.

While telling her what we were looking for, she nodded without really paying us much attention. She mentioned that she only had one apartment (without telling us anything about it, without showing photos…). It felt like we were bothering her. We will not return.

Negative experience: Unos impresentables y mejor no tropezar con ellos mientras no alquilas el piso todo son buenos modales , eso si, en el momento que alquilas no cumplen en nada, te hablan mal y de lo que dicen que te van a reparar y solucionar ceroo Te cobran por gestión , algo increíble !!

Negative experience: Poco profesionales. Concertsmos cita con ellos para visitar un inmueble y la comercial llega media hora tarde, además de citarnos en el portal equivocado haciéndonos esperar bajo la lluvia con un bebé. Por suerte el familiar del propietario nos fue enseñando la vivienda. La comercial es muy borde y tanto por teléfono como en persona se dedica continuamente a preguntar en qué trabajamos, cuanto ganamos y que tipo de contrato tenemos. Exigen que se contraté con ellos el seguro del alquiler y a mayores quieren cobrar 180€ por "gastos de gestión". A lo que contesta que no existe ninguna ley que lo prohíba. Unos impresentables. Nada recomendable.

Negative experience: Entramos a preguntar por pisos en alquiler y la persona que nos atendió fue muy mal educada, no se si será la dueña o la empleada, pero desde de luego una persona asi te hunde un negocio, me recordó una empleada que tuve hace años. Nos comentó de un piso , y pregunte donde estaba y nos contestó que tendríamos que mirar donde estaba, pero de muy malas maneras y sono el teléfono y no nos hizo ni caso.

Negative experience: Unos sinvergüenzas, no son serios te engañan. Conciertas cita con ellos para un duplex con derecho a compra desde mas de una semana que aun tenian que vaciar el duplex, me llaman tres dias seguidos para confirmar la cita siendo yo el primero en llamar (lo se por que tengo grabada la llamada y me lo dijeron ellos).y a falta de tres horas para la cita me llaman que ya la dieron a otros. Seriedad 0 aqui como tengan un amigo/a o conocido te dejan tirado. Pesima y penosa inmobiliaria, no se fien por que quedaran sin nada aunque les den cita. Grabo las llamadas por motivo de trabajo y la aplicacion graba todas las llamadas, cuando se lo dije estaban acojonados por que los pille con la mentira, alquilan a conocidos u amigos. No la recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo.

Positive experience: Es una oficina de alquiler y venta de viviendas, locales, naves, solares, en fin de inmuebles. No es una oficina muy amplia y la calle República Dominicana no es una de las más transitadas en la zona de la calle Barcelona. Por lo menos la atención es agradable y esmerada. El problema al visitarla es la falta de aparcamiento de la zona, pero si vas a pie y necesitas asesoramiento sobre el alquiler y/o venta de inmuebles, éste sería un buen lugar para preguntar
