Negative experience: The worst experience of my life to date. We rented an apartment with them in a building that they 'renovated'. It seemed that everything was fine, it was new 'apparently', but we started with the first problem of hot water that didn't work from the first day we entered. We notified the owner of the apartment and the real estate agency, and they told us that everything was fine 'without even coming to check'. We spent 7 days without being able to shower in our apartment and went to a vacant apartment above, because they left us the key to shower! How nice! instead of fixing the problem. More than that, my roommate and I started to feel unwell, a lot of coughing, a lot of discomfort, etc. We went to the doctor and couldn't believe what was happening to us, early signs of pneumonia, a bacterial infection related to mold. Do you know what was happening? It was the humidity of the apartment that surely was not insulated. As you read in Voz de Galicia, the renovation was done in record time. Our clothes were all to be thrown away, I plugged in my laptop to charge, and when I woke up, smoke was coming out of the laptop. After all that, we not only didn't get an apology, we were just given the option to leave and a few days later we found an article in a well-known newspaper commenting on the wonderful building renovated in no time, etc., etc. The worst part is that knowing all that was affecting us, they rented it out as if nothing had happened and didn't care about people's health. Definitely a terrifying experience.
