Negative experience: Terrible experience, they look for a tenant who did not pay me for a year and destroys the apartment (I understand this is not the agency's fault), I ask them to return the deposit charged for the inconveniences and they say NO, that they will find me another tenant and that they will not charge me, days go by without any interested parties and I find out that they have not posted the ad twice on Idealista, a friend calls the owner to rent an apartment in the area where I have mine and he says he has nothing, and I sent another friend to ask in the agency for an apartment in the area where I have my apartment and the interest they show is none, and then the owner denying everything.

Negative experience: Fatal! Not recommended at all. I don't understand why they accepted to manage the rental of an apartment of mine only to show no interest and handle everything poorly (posting the ad incorrectly and removing it only after getting a visit, among other things). In the end, they never rented out the apartment, and the service I received was very bad. I had to request the service from another agency, which managed to get me to sign a contract with a new tenant in just 3 days without any problems. Regarding their response: it's all lies. They did not answer the phone when I wanted to cancel the rental service with them, so I had to send a message, to which they did not reply or call me back. Interestingly, when I posted this review, they called me from two different mobile numbers trying to talk to me. Were they only interested in talking because of the review? I believe that call should have happened much earlier. If they wanted to handle things well and choose a good candidate, they should have shown it to more than one person to select the best possible candidates. As they did in the other agency, but no, they just wasted time and ended up achieving nothing. By the way! The dates you mentioned are incorrect, as are many other things you said... all lies!!
