Fantastic experience: I contacted Ninbú Real Estate Group for the first time... My interest was in an apartment for sale with a tenant currently. Blanca explained to me over the phone the particularities of the property, taking the necessary time to clarify my doubts about it. Negative experience: This agency is a complete garbage heap without resources, they lie, they cheat, they take photos of apartments and mix them in advertisements that are not theirs, focusing on the photos of two children. This advertisement has been published in the press, pretending to sell an apartment for 50,000 euros with a 94-year-old woman inside and when she passes away, they will take possession of it. Well, this agency advertises it, has mixed photos, has pulled them out of thin air and has put two photos of what used to be my kitchen before I sold it, they took them from Idealista without permission, which I don't understand why they are still published or if they have saved them and now they are bringing them out to see if people don't notice. They have the image rights marked, and the worst part is that they are so blind that THEY PUBLISHED PHOTOS OF MY CHILDREN WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT, THEY DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO PIXELATE THEM. I hope that in the next few hours they fix it, rectify and apologize, because if not, tomorrow first thing I will file a complaint at the court, CHEATS, THAT THE IMAGE RIGHTS OF CHILDREN HAVE BEEN VIOLATED, AND UNTIL LA VOZ DE GALICIA RECTIFIED, THOSE IMAGES HAVE SWARMED THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA, BE PREPARED FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR ACTIONS.

Negative experience: Very bad experience when acquiring a home with this company. People with very little word, you agree on one thing and they do not respect it. They change their minds and do not notify you. This company should be avoided if possible.

Negative experience: Disastrous experience. Professionalism 0. While we were in negotiations because we had 'a very good profile' and waiting for them to send us the documentation to sign the contract, without prior notice and unilaterally, they decided to rent it to someone else who offered them more money for the lease than what was offered to us. I give one star because if I don't, they won't let me publish. THIS IS HOW THEY WORK!

Negative experience: Poca profesionalidad. No voy a mentir no he estado en esta inmobiliaria pero se sabe por las redes que dejasteis tirado a un chico por que la dueña del piso quería gente de Inditex alquilada. Y eso también es culpa vuestra, no solo trabajais para la dueña del piso también para los que alquilan y en vez de pedir perdón y lavarse las manos tendriais que haber intentado convencer a la señora de que un inquilino si paga es tan valido como cualquier otro. Encima como están las cosas para encontrar piso... Que poca empatia tanto vosotros como la señora esa. Espero que mejoréis como empresa , no le deseo mal a nadie pero ojalá que a esa señora no le alquilen el piso en mucho tiempo a ver si así se pone exquisita con quien le paga
