Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia. Pagué un depósito a esta agencia en España para la compra de una propiedad. Posteriormente, me informaron que el propietario había cambiado de opinión. A pesar de que esta situación es ajena a mi voluntad, la agencia se niega a reembolsarme el depósito. Considero esta práctica totalmente inaceptable y contraria a toda lógica empresarial. Falta de transparencia y profesionalidad. Recomiendo encarecidamente no utilizar esta agencia.

Negative experience: Agence pas très sérieuse, il m'ont latéralement volé mon acompte. Ils m'ont proposé une maison, j'ai accepté et déposé un acompte. Finalement ils ont annulé la vente, sois disant le vendeur ne voulais plus vendre. Mais ils n'ont jamais remboursé l'acompte de 6000€ et ils ne veulent rien savoir.

Der Erstkontakt verlief sehr schnell und wir konnten uns die Immobilie direkt am Folgetag anschauen. Durch proaktive Kommunikation, transparente Abläufe und eine ehrliche Beratung fühlten wir uns von Beginn an bei unserer Maklerin, Ulyana, sehr gut aufgehoben und sicher in unserer Entscheidung. Während des Kaufprozesses lief alles reibungslos, dank ihrer hervorragenden Organisation und Verhandlungsführung. Dès le départ, promesses commerciales séduisantes… mais derrière, c’est une succession de déceptions : manque total de suivi, retards inexpliqués, aucune transparence et un service client qui disparaît dès qu’on a signé. On a l’impression d’avoir affaire à une agence qui pense uniquement à encaisser, sans se soucier de ses clients. Fantastic experience: I contacted Costa Invest about a year before the planned purchase of a property in Spain. During that time, Ms. Jola sent me property proposals via email. She also called me every three months asking if it was time to look for something specific (other agencies did not reach out to me during this time). That time came in November 2023. After preliminarily selecting properties, Mr. Kuba presented us with an apartment during a live video presentation. We didn't fly to Spain to see the apartment in person. After deciding to buy this apartment, Ms. Justyna prepared all the necessary documents for us, including NIE numbers and setting up a bank account. After scheduling a notary appointment, the office offered us a pick-up from the airport in Alicante (we happened to have a rental car and didn't take advantage of that kindness), the opportunity to see the property in person before the purchase, a visit to the bank for the cheque, and a visit to the notary. After completing all the formalities and handing over the keys, the office transferred the apartment in our housing community, and also with the water and electricity suppliers in our name. After buying the apartment, we wanted to furnish it with new furniture, beds, and appliances. Since we don't speak Spanish, we asked for help from Ms. Ulyana from Costa Invest to arrange the delivery. She came to us while we were at Media Markt and Jysk and helped us sort everything out. It turned out that the delivery date for the furniture and appliances was only possible after the weekend, and we were returning to Poland that weekend. In this situation, Ms. Justyna proposed that Mr. Kuba could pick up the furniture and appliances if we left him the keys to the apartment. That's what we did. After the pick-up, Mr. Kuba sent us photos on WhatsApp saying that everything had arrived and was okay. Oh, I almost forgot about one very important situation that occurred. There was a fridge in the apartment that was supposed to stay, but the previous owner took it. Ms. Justyna suggested that we choose a new fridge and they would cover the costs. This proposal came from her right away, so we didn't even feel that we would have a problem with the lack of a fridge. A truly professional approach. With every issue I called about to Ms. Justyna or Mr. Kuba, I was never left alone; they always helped. I recommend the Costa Invest office. Negative experience: I was one of the first clients of the Agency in July 2020, still during the pandemic. I bought a bungalow in Torrevieja in a good neighborhood, close to the sea. I am very satisfied. I would be happy if it weren't for a significant legal defect of this property. According to the Agency's offer, the property was supposed to have 90 m2 and that is actually what it has. However, in the land registry, it only has 76 m2. The difference arises from the unauthorized construction by the previous owners (of which the Agency had full knowledge - I have this in writing). I discovered this a few days after the notarial act and since then the Agency's lawyer has promised to 'rectify' their mistake! There have been many discussions, emails, and even scheduled appointments with the notary. The last one at the beginning of this month! I specially flew in from the country for this act. Javier was not kind enough to inform me: why and what is preventing this?
