Costa Invest = hay que huir Mentiras de principio a fin: dicen haber presentado mi expediente de crédito, pero el banco confirma que nunca transmitieron nada. Luego me anuncian un rechazo inventado. Lo peor: me quitaron un depósito en garantía y se niegan a devolverlo. Un método vergonzoso y deshonesto.)

Ils m’ont d’abord donné un prix pour un bien, puis l’ont changé sous prétexte que le propriétaire avait changé d’avis, et refusent maintenant de me rendre mon acompte de 6 000 €. Fantastic experience: I contacted Costa Invest about a year before the planned purchase of a property in Spain. During that time, Ms. Jola sent me property proposals via email. She also called me every three months asking if it was time to look for something specific (other agencies did not reach out to me during this time). That time came in November 2023. After preliminarily selecting properties, Mr. Kuba presented us with an apartment during a live video presentation. We didn't fly to Spain to see the apartment in person. After deciding to buy this apartment, Ms. Justyna prepared all the necessary documents for us, including NIE numbers and setting up a bank account. After scheduling a notary appointment, the office offered us a pick-up from the airport in Alicante (we happened to have a rental car and didn't take advantage of that kindness), the opportunity to see the property in person before the purchase, a visit to the bank for the cheque, and a visit to the notary. After completing all the formalities and handing over the keys, the office transferred the apartment in our housing community, and also with the water and electricity suppliers in our name. After buying the apartment, we wanted to furnish it with new furniture, beds, and appliances. Since we don't speak Spanish, we asked for help from Ms. Ulyana from Costa Invest to arrange the delivery. She came to us while we were at Media Markt and Jysk and helped us sort everything out. It turned out that the delivery date for the furniture and appliances was only possible after the weekend, and we were returning to Poland that weekend. In this situation, Ms. Justyna proposed that Mr. Kuba could pick up the furniture and appliances if we left him the keys to the apartment. That's what we did. After the pick-up, Mr. Kuba sent us photos on WhatsApp saying that everything had arrived and was okay. Oh, I almost forgot about one very important situation that occurred. There was a fridge in the apartment that was supposed to stay, but the previous owner took it. Ms. Justyna suggested that we choose a new fridge and they would cover the costs. This proposal came from her right away, so we didn't even feel that we would have a problem with the lack of a fridge. A truly professional approach. With every issue I called about to Ms. Justyna or Mr. Kuba, I was never left alone; they always helped. I recommend the Costa Invest office. Negative experience: I was one of the first clients of the Agency in July 2020, still during the pandemic. I bought a bungalow in Torrevieja in a good neighborhood, close to the sea. I am very satisfied. I would be happy if it weren't for a significant legal defect of this property. According to the Agency's offer, the property was supposed to have 90 m2 and that is actually what it has. However, in the land registry, it only has 76 m2. The difference arises from the unauthorized construction by the previous owners (of which the Agency had full knowledge - I have this in writing). I discovered this a few days after the notarial act and since then the Agency's lawyer has promised to 'rectify' their mistake! There have been many discussions, emails, and even scheduled appointments with the notary. The last one at the beginning of this month! I specially flew in from the country for this act. Javier was not kind enough to inform me: why and what is preventing this?

Positive experience: Very good treatment, but their policies are a bit unusual; for example, I couldn't enter a house I rented until 4:00 PM in the afternoon. It's the first time I've experienced this; in all the hotels, Airbnbs, and vacation rental homes, the check-in time has always been at 12:00 PM, noon. I think I remember having to wait until 2:00 PM once, but never until 4:00 PM.

Negative experience: This company does a really lazy job, they don't explain you any of the rules or conditions of the apartments they rent. Our apartment had access to a pool and they did not tell us we needed a key to enter, as a result of this we were yelled at by some very nasty and uneducated locals. Also the password for the Wifi was incorrect. The apartment was OK but no at all as portrayed in the photos, so the only good thing I have to say is very good photographers and very good knowledge of Photoshop. STAY AWAY

Negative experience: I wonder if this agency is a scam. They offered me an apartment and we did the pre-purchase in March last year. On the way to the airport, the lady from the agency called me to inform me that the sale would not go through because the owner no longer wants to sell. At that moment, I lost not only the deposit but also money for the flight and stay in Spain. To recover the deposit money, after making several phone calls, I had to go back to the place and go with the agency's lawyer to the bank for him to explain to me what happened with the transfer. Apparently, I didn't receive the money because they transferred it to the wrong account (a bank account in Germany - and I would like to emphasize that I have nothing to do with that country...). I was refunded the deposit after my interventions in May, but it cost me a lot of nerves and time. What I don't understand is why it was so complicated to return my own money quickly after the sale didn't go through due to no fault of mine. I know I am not the only one to suffer this. I do not recommend this agency.
