In a house reservation, when I mentioned my situation, they didn't want to refund the money for a house that could delay the dates, etc. Money that cannot be recovered. Negative experience: PÉSIMA GESTIÓN, no facilitan en nada al comprador en ningún momento, no son capaces de leerse los documentos que necesitas para pedir la hipoteca antes de enviártelos (tuve que revisarlos hasta en 3 ocasiones por mandarlos erróneamente bien por tener fechas pasadas o por mandarlos incompletos), te ponen pegas porque el notario que selecciona el comprador está muy lejos de la oficina, pegas en los horarios, pegas en las fechas, ESO SI el día que cobrar los honorarios por parte del comprador (día que se firma el contrato de arras), no hay pega ninguna. Mala organización, falta de información y formación por parte de los agentes inmobiliarios, o al menos en mi caso el que me tocó a mi. El día de la firma de las escrituras consideraron conveniente LLEVARSE MI COPIA SIMPLE DE LAS ESCRITURAS justificando que ellos me darían una fotocopia de las mismas ya que en realidad no me hacían falta porque más falta les hacía a ellos quedarse con esa copia por si tenían alguna inspección. Han sido los 3600 EUROS más tirados de mi vida, ya que todo el trabajo y gestión que deben realizar ellos (que para eso cobran unos honorarios), los tuve que hacer yo misma sin tener ni idea y dando palos de ciego. Pero he de decir a su favor que son ESTUPENDOS PROFESIONALES METIENDO PRESIÓN, creo que es lo único bien que saben hacer (al menos para ellos) En definitiva, nada recomendable y malísima experiencia
