Negative experience: They have been over a year without returning the deposit of about €800. They say it's the owner's fault but I didn't pay the owner, I paid them the deposit in cash. They won't give me the owner's details, who supposedly has already paid it 3 times but the money is never returned. They laugh at you if you say you want the details to go to court. They say I would spend more money to claim it than the deposit is worth.

Fantastic experience: A good real estate agency to find a house, they are very committed to the client. They are super friendly and always willing to help, even after you have found a house they continue to follow up on what the tenant needs.

Negative experience: They do not return the deposit. I left the apartment months ago, over a month ago they wrote that they would return the deposit and as of today, I still haven't received anything.

Negative experience: Muy descontento por el trato de uno de sus trabajadores dando largas siempre para ir a ver un piso que nos interesaba muchísimo y finalmente no pudimos ni verlo . No lo recomiendo.

Negative experience: Very very disapointed worst agency ever, sell properties which become later becomes unvailible. I was first buyer from 20 others for very cheap property, they didnt wanted to take money for reserve for some reason, prepared papers and some strange meetings with notary with owner and other afrer week of waiting calling and going to theyr ofice everyday, they said that owner dont want to sell anymore. I guess they keeped me as a buyer and made aucion for other 20 buyers.... this is the second property i wanted to buy from them. First property they said will show later later then said that forget keys and will show tomorrow and when i called tomorrow they said it is sold. Had so much stress with them and lost property which i already ordered construction team to rebuild. Watch out for them you will be cheated as me!l Also with the first property they told me that owner sold it but later they forgot and showed me the papers of it that they sold it unbelievable!!!
