Negative experience: no contestan mails ni teléfono , un desastre de empresa, no se, igual esta empresa a cerrado.

Negative experience: Una empresa que considerava seriosa i amb renom però la meva experiència, amb una comercial en concret però també propietària d'un pis que va posar en venda allí mateix, la Sra Hermínia Solans. Un pis que abans de fer la paga i senyal, en la primera visita ja es veia que hi havia moltes coses per arreglar i acabar. Ella em va dir que era un pis que, òbviament, s'havia d'acabar. Hi va enviar dos operaris que sempre que hi anava, o no hi eren o el poc que van fer van ser unes xapusses com una catedral i de pressa i corrents. Vaig signar pensant i tenint la paraula d'aquesta senyora que tot s'arreglaria i, un cop comprat, allí em vaig trobar la realitat. I, sí, després de demanar com si demanés caritat i amb un desgast i amb un gran disgust tot allò per acabar o mal acabat, quan en realitat havia d'estar il.lusionada per entrar al meu pis nou, es va fer càrrec d'allò més evident. Però anant moooolt al darrere, com si demanés caritat i amb un desgast que no s'ho imagina ningú. I s'han quedat coses que ja no es poden arreglar com per exemple un plat de dutxa que es va fer sense la pendent i s'entollava tot. La seva solució va ser fer una mampara perquè no sortís l'aigua. Ara encara queda entollat tot. D'això se'n diu tapar forats. Per arreglar-ho bé s'havia d'aixecar tot el bany. I no parlem de tota la marqueteria de totes les portes del pis que fan misèria, cauen i estan mal fetes. Tota la silicona del pis ara, després de 2 anys, ja cau tota perquè devia ser de mala qualitat. Vaig demanar que pintessin el pis perquè hi havia parxes de pintura però ni pintant s'arreglen les parets perquè no estaven ben pulides ja des de la construcció. Venen el pis sense les persianes del menjador perquè el motiu és que no hi van. Les hi vaig demanar i res. És l'únic pis L comunitat que no en té. A més, les rajoles d'un balcó estan trencades, el parquet grinyola tot, les aixetes estan tortes, les rajoles d'un bany no estan ben siliconades, la rajola d'entrada al pis trencada (no troba rencanvi i la solució és posar-hi un felpudo), els sòcols mal fets i tallats, els banys amb un leds posats de qualsevol manera, una nevera no frost l'any 2024, la marqueteria decorativa del menjador esquerdada, el forn ratllat de fora, etc. A aquesta senyora, quan li he demanat que es fes càrrec d'un marc de la porta que ja s'ha desenganxat, d'una porta del bany amb un pany també trencat que ja fallava de bon principi, i del canvi de porta d'entrada a la comunitat que hem hagut d'assumir els veïns (cosa que hauria d'haver fer-se'n el càrrec ella, com han fet els altres propietaris), li he enviat whatsapps escrits i àudios durant 5 mesos (des del novembre del 2024) i només me n'ha respost 1, que ja vindria un paleta. A dia d'avui encara no s'ha dignat a dir-me res. Deu pensar que qui any passa any empeny, que ja me n'oblidaré. És lamentable que juguin així amb la il.lusió i els diners de la gent. Una empresa seriosa, per casos així, deixa de ser seriosa i passa a ser una estafa. Jo em sento així. I no puc posar més fotos i vídeos perquè no es carreguen tots.

Negative experience: Muy descontentos con esta inmobiliaria, en concreto con Herminia, quién juega con las ilusiones de las personas. Tras decirnos ella misma que éramos los primeros candidatos para la compra de una vivienda, y nosotros confirmarle horas después que lo tirábamos adelante, nos informa que ya está vendido porque otros se han adelantado a ingresar la reserva. Después no responde a mensajes ni llamadas. Nefasta atención. Nos sentimos engañados y desilusionados. Cero recomendable.

Negative experience: Not very professional, a week behind them to get a response to a query they had to make to the owner, and it turns out that there was already a couple on the second visit for the same apartment. I called 4-5 times to get a response. Always the dreaded answering machine, and then they make up that the insurance isn't passed when in other real estate agencies it has been done without any problem. Reading here what I read, it's no surprise that all of this happens!

Negative experience: Regrettable. Jaume has shown us a penthouse that was already promised since Tuesday according to his own coworker, we have been used as a bargaining chip. Not recommended, not trustworthy.

Negative experience: a terrible real estate agency, Jaume, one of the local managers, once he has sold you the bike, (in very bad condition), he disregards all aspects, telling you that it is our responsibility to clarify issues such as a contract termination or the deposit. Also add that once they gave the key to my apartment to a builder to install a bed frame in my house and they entered without my permission. Trash

Negative experience: Jaume, an unpresentable and shameless person lacking professionalism and a racist by excellence. He has the audacity to not even respond, you are left hanging, and to make matters worse, the real estate agency is closed during working hours. He kicks me out of the apartment with 3 days' notice and brushes it off saying I have to talk to the owner. Thank you very much, Jaume, I don't know what I would have done without your help, a little kiss, I see all the effort you put into your work.

Negative experience: Pilar Bonet, una sinverguenza, muy poco profesional, esperando un mes y medio que me de una respuesta, solo te da largas, ni si, ni no. A otras personas les enseña los pisos sin pedir la nomina, en el mismo dia que llaman. Mala profesional, hace perder el tiempo a la gente. Sinverguenza. Aprende hacer tu trabajo y respetar a todo el mundo por igual. Y si no quiereis extranjeros, basta con decirlo.
