Cuando te presentas allí el comercial está de baja Si un día lo encuentras resulta que los pisos que te interesan o están apalabrado o que lo están reformando o que solo quieren alquilarlo a estudiantes y no a trabajadores .VERGONZOSO EL TRATO.

Negative experience: PEOR INMOBILIARIA DE LLEIDA - No responden nunca vía correo electrónico o teléfono - Cuando te presentas en su oficina, curiosamente, la persona encargada del piso que tienes alquilado está de vacaciones o de baja - Teníamos un piso de estudiantes, nos hicieron cambios en el contrato sin nuestro consentimiento - Te cobran una cuota de Gestión por no hacer NADA - La culpa siempre es tuya - Cualquier desperfecto tardan mucho tiempo en arreglarlo si es que viene alguien Si queréis alquilar un piso en Lleida, os recomiendo de corazón no venir NUNCA a esta inmobiliaria!!!

Negative experience: Teléfonos dias sin contestar...nos dicen que esperan al propietario..luego que nos habían dicho que no quiere alquilar (y no)...nos hacen venir pidiendo salir antes y perder horas del trabajo para ver el anuncio sin ver el piso (que ya habíamos visto por internet!)...muy mal servicio y atención, muy perezosos, falta de comunicación...como desgraciadamente muchas inmobiliarias aquí en Lleida!

Negative experience: Estoy de alquiler y ellos me gestionan los problemas. Llevo 2 años en el piso y desde entonces esperando que se arregle una humedad que hace meses se convirtió en gotera. El problema no es ese, sino que siempre me aseguran que en unos días me avisarán o me llamarán y siempre es mentira. Hoy me he discutido y parece que al fin vendrán. Pero para ellos la culpa es mía que no me iba bien ningún día. ¿Qué día? ¡Si sigo esperando que contactéis conmigo! (Actualización 7 meses después) Ayer fue la primera vez que llovió fuertemente desde que se "arregló" la gotera y ya tengo el techo encharcado otra vez. No sé qué sería peor, que de verdad se hubiera arreglado, pero ya se ve que fue un desastre o tal vez me hayan engañado y no se haya arreglado....

Negative experience: Hemos estado en dos pisos diferentes con ellos. Cada semana salía un defecto nuevo, les decías lo que había pasado y, o te ignoraban los mensajes o te decían ya irá el técnico, el cual bueno dos veces a ver dos incidencias diferentes y no volvió a repararlas. Antes de entrar al piso lo iban a poner a punto( limpiarlo, pintarlo, corregir las humedades, arreglar la cañería del fregadero, etc) y cuando llegamos para entrar no habían hecho NADA, y después de tres años en el piso seguía igual de mal sin arreglar nada. No lo recomendamos para nada.

Negative experience: Son unos INCOMPETENTES UNOS ROBONES Y UNOS ABUSONES OFRECEN PISOS DE PENA A PRECIOS ALTISIMOS SOB UNOS CHAPUZEROS AMI ME HAN TIMADO UN MONTON NO COJAIS PISOS AQUI SON MUY MALA GENTE
