Negative experience: Nos los recomiendo para nada como Administradores de fincas. Tengo desde hace más de 3 meses para una gestión tan fácil como es devolver una llave de un portal. Después de tantas llamadas que realizó siempre me dice lo mismo el Sr que me lo va a mirar y así estamos después de tanto tiempo. Hoy aún sigo insistiendo con una llamada y en vez de atenderme de la mejor manera sabiendo que no están haciendo bien las cosas, me contesta una Sra de lo más desagradable a la hora de atenderme y de paso me cuelga la llamada. FALTA DE SERIEDAD Y COMPROMISO EN ESTA EMPRESA.

Negative experience: I share opinions. I have suffered from their management in the property where I lived for more than 10 years and I would never recommend it. As another person commented, I can confirm the issue of confronting neighbors because they have done it to me on more than one occasion. It is always others who do not tell the truth; the only truth is theirs.

Negative experience: I had the misfortune of having this property manager where I lived, and the reality is that both my family and I ended up very fed up with him. He is a very unprofessional person, very rude, and very dishonest, as you could not trust him. In his office alone, he would tell you one thing, and in meetings, he would do the opposite. Moreover, he likes to speak ill of the owners who are not present and enjoys pitting neighbors against each other to get out of any problem unscathed. Not to mention that any unforeseen event you have in the property, you will have to either solve it yourself or constantly be behind him to make him do his job and solve the issue, as he used to procrastinate a lot and always tried to shirk his responsibilities.
