Negative experience: Mi experiencia con Olga, administradora de fincas, ha sido completamente desastrosa y frustrante. Su nivel de incompetencia y negligencia es, sinceramente, vergonzoso. No solo ha gestionado mal su trabajo desde el principio, sino que además ha demostrado una falta total de profesionalidad y compromiso con sus responsabilidades. Estamos hablando de errores graves, de desinformación constante y de una actitud que deja mucho que desear. En lugar de resolver problemas, los genera o los agrava, y cuando se le pide explicaciones, desaparece o responde con evasivas. Me parece inadmisible que alguien así esté al frente de la administración de fincas, con lo delicado y serio que es gestionar el patrimonio de los demás. No la recomiendo bajo ningún concepto. Si buscas a alguien serio, responsable y con un mínimo de conocimiento sobre lo que hace, Olga no es esa persona.

Negative experience: Deseo manifestar mi queja formal por la actuación de la administradora de la finca Olga, quien ha comunicado su decisión de cesar su relación con la comunidad en el mes de junio, indicando que a fecha 1 de agosto dejará de ejercer como gestora. Pese a ello, hasta la fecha (25.07) no ha entregado el libro de cuentas ni la documentación contable necesaria para garantizar una correcta transición, lo que está generando un perjuicio a la comunidad y dificultando la continuidad de la gestión. Asimismo, durante su periodo de actividad ha incurrido en reiteradas negligencias, como olvidar en varias ocasiones pasar las cuotas de la comunidad, siendo los vecinos quienes debían recordárselo para evitar incidencias en la tesorería. Cabe añadir que, debido a su gestión, una propietaria de la finca ha informado que tomará acciones legales contra ella por cuestiones relacionadas con problemas de morosidad. En resumidas cuentas una vergüenza, poca seriedad y aún menos profesionalidad.

Negative experience: Deseo manifestar mi total indignación y descontento con la gestión realizada por la gestora de nuestra finca, la Sra. Olga, cuya actuación ha sido, en mi opinión y la de muchos vecinos, completamente negligente y poco profesional. Durante su periodo al frente de la administración, ha incurrido en múltiples irregularidades que han afectado gravemente al correcto funcionamiento de la comunidad. Entre los hechos más graves, cabe destacar la entrega de actas con meses de retraso, incumpliendo los plazos legalmente establecidos. Asimismo, resulta inaceptable que, en los periodos de vacaciones del personal de limpieza, Olga no haya proporcionado ninguna sustitución. Por todo lo anterior, no puedo recomendar en absoluto sus servicios y lamento profundamente la experiencia vivida bajo su gestión. Quiero dejar constancia también de que hay otros agravios que ya se están presentando en la oficina de atención al consumidor mediante la reclamación pertinente.

Fantastic experience: Our community has been with this management company for a while now, and the choice was the best one. They are good professionals who care about the proper functioning of the community with good budgets in both quality and price, also anticipating new regulations, which our community appreciates since there are many administrators who make unilateral decisions and then share the losses/poor management, turning them into constant special assessments. Our community had come from poor management, not to mention a period of obscurantism. What we like about Fincas Vila Bayes is the constant, clear, and fluid interaction with our community, as in Vic finding a management company that defends the community's interest is like searching for a needle in a haystack. Therefore, a 10 for this management company.

Negative experience: The worst agency in Vic, poor management, unclear way of working, bad manners and little seriousness not to mention the professionalism that has been terrible. They managed the community for us a few years ago and when we asked for accounts and documentation they decided to terminate the contract, strange right??? We discovered that they had charged us a monthly fee twice among other things, in summary, I recommend not doing any business with them. The worst management company that could exist. They have totally disappointed us. On the other hand, they work with a bank whose manager who handled our accounts is the brother of the girl from the agency, closed circle... so everything stays in the family. They give no confidence, all negative.

Negative experience: The most unprofessional, disrespectful and unorganized organization I have ever encountered. They refuse to stay in contact with you and they refuse to have any communication with you if you speak English, specifically Olga. If you go to the agency about a problem about the house (while you’re in your right to ask them for help), then they will be childish/disrespectful enough to call you a foul beast and other names in-front of your face, while speaking in Catalan when they know you don’t understand the language (we luckily had a translator with us). Olga messed with the contract and admitted that she made a mistake on the - already signed contract. She changed it later without our signature, so we apparently rented a house contract-less because of her unprofessionalism. You can’t count on this organization to keep you updated on your OWN deposit. You can’t count on them to show up if you made a CLEAR appointment with them multiple times. You can’t rely on them if there is an emergency and they will REFUSE to help in any way. You need to be careful with this organization ESPECIALLY If you are an international student. If you are here through Norton, he will say that he never got a complaint about them before. Eventually, at the end of our study abroad, there were multiple students having the same issues with Vila Bayes and finally spoke up about the unprofessionalism. I payed 900+ euros in deposits for service-, contract-, and agency fee’s, in which they failed to deliver/provide on all 3 of the fee’s. DON’T TRUST this agency. They will not help you in any way and are here simply to go after your money if you’re an “fragile” INTERNATIONAL STUDENT. I suggest Olga to take some traineeships in communication, customer service and behavioral therapy. If they ever tend to mess with your contract as well, there are Spanish legal organizations which can provide help to make a report about (illegal) renting of property. Keep this in mind ONLY if Vila Bayes fails to give you a proper contract throughout your whole renting period.
