Negative experience: El jefe de esta agencia es pésimo. Me mudé de la casa que alquilaba y me dijeron que me devolverían el depósito de 800 euros en dos meses. Ha pasado más de un año y no me han devuelto ni un céntimo. Son como ladrones y bandidos.

Negative experience: I had read the reviews and thought, well, I don't think it can be that bad, but the truth is that I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!!! THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THESE PEOPLE IS NON-EXISTENT!!! They offered me an apartment with certain features and to my surprise, it was not what they had told me. I traveled almost an hour from where I live, we arrived and it turns out that another person attended us who was not the same person I spoke with on the phone. Then I had to go back to the real estate agency to tell them it was not what they had told me on the phone and that I was not going to take the apartment. I gave several details for them to look for another place for me, but the woman didn't even write anything down and I am still waiting for a response.

Negative experience: Uns estafadors ! Hens varen llogar un pis a SAN Miquel 16 4t, 4 mesos per arreglar una aixeta i un radiador i els focs de la cuina ( els focs no els varen arreglar ) , dues vigues del sostre fetas pols, ( indicat per un professional ) i ara de judici per reclama l’estada que ens han fet. Un desastre de gent , sense educació ni professionalitat !!

Negative experience: Mi experiencia ha sido pésima con esta administradora de fincas. Debían devolverme una fianza de un piso que compré ya alquilado, y que ellos administraban para las antiguas propietarias. Además de no estar ingresada en Incasol (debería haberse hecho en 2012), se negaban a dármela incumpliendo así el contrato. Estuvimos dos semanas esperando, y después de fuertes discusiones y la intervención de una de las anteriores propietarias, se retractaron y accedieron a entregar el dinero. No confiaría mi dinero ni mis propiedades a esta empresa.
