El “Sr” Bachs se ha quedado con nuestra fianza y sin justificar, en reiteradas ocasiones se le solicitó la justificación y aún sin respuesta … ya más de 7 meses desde que se dejó el piso Además de otras experiencias con este “profesional” del sector, por haber trabajando en otra agencia de Sant Cugat …. Sin palabras Por otro lado, la comunicación es una materia que creo que esta agencia se la dejo en el camino Para nada recomiendo tratar con esta gente

Negative experience: I do not recommend this agency in Sant Cugat to anyone. After renting a house with them for years, they can't even return our deposit on time and they charge an extremely high cleaning fee without properly justifying it. While we were living there, they also did not fix any of the problems we had.

Fantastic experience: Impeccable management and professionalism from Miquel. Everything is top-notch. As the attentive reader will notice, the negative reviews are from people who often haven't rented or sold properties with them.

Negative experience: Terrible Experience Today around 12:30 I called these estates about an apartment they were renting in St Cugat, (the apartment had just been published when I called), the person who answered me by phone told me that at the moment there was no one from the Commercial Department as they had gone to lunch and would return at 4 PM, however, they asked for my name and contact phone number and told me they would call me back... nevertheless, I decided to call back at 4:30, the person who answered me again on the phone, when I said I was calling about this apartment, told me, 'oh it’s already rented...', I asked how is that possible if I called as soon as I saw the ad, and there was no one from the commercial department to arrange a visit..., they said, 'well, these things happen...' I commented that it is very strange... in short, very little seriousness in the way of managing calls and respecting the turns of people who call, I rate these ways of proceeding and serving potential clients very negatively, I do not know if I would call this agency again, in the hypothetical case that they had at some point another property that would be of interest to me.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. We made a visit with 3 working people (we share an apartment). At the end, we are in contact and we are asked for documentation to prove our solvency. Up to this point, everything is fine. When we are about to provide it, they inform us that the apartment we were interested in is already rented. Bad luck, we think. We were too late. A few days later, we see the same property available again on the Idealista platform. We decide to contact them again. We want to schedule a second visit, with the idea of ultimately reserving it, as it fits the needs of all three of us. Here begins the adventure. It turns out to be quite difficult to get a response. Both through the platform and by phone, even via WhatsApp. We receive a call from them. We don't manage to answer in time and we obviously decide to call back. They deny having made the call, which leaves us a bit confused. We enter a period of about a day and a half of much confusion, not understanding whether this apartment is available or not. When it finally seems that it is available, they do not address our doubts and concerns and disregard any effort in communication. Finally, we contact from another phone number that they don't have registered, with a direct question to the doubt that they are not answering us, and only then do we manage to find out. To know something essential to consider the apartment or not as an option. With all the cards on the table and, with more or less luck (and due to our insistence, born from necessity), they contact us for a second visit, which we schedule for 9:30 AM. At 9:10 AM we are already at the meeting point, waiting for a quick visit as we had been there previously and we have a pretty clear idea of what we think about this property. Our pleasant and communicative Miquel arrives, who doesn’t even wait for us to cross the street to approach where he is waiting for us, to give us the best moment of the day (ironically speaking): 'Oh, is it to share? Then they will say no.' Meanwhile, he starts readjusting the helmet he just took off, finishing with another brilliance: 'You always have to explain all your conditions.' He has finished adjusting the helmet and has said goodbye, leaving us stunned and reflecting on at what point his reading comprehension, attention deficit, and lack of vocation and willingness have gone unnoticed by us, so much so that we didn't think about not traveling from Barcelona to Sant Cugat del Vallès, having enough obligations, little time, and a LOT OF NEED to find an apartment, just to deal with such unprofessional and poorly educated people. Mr. Miquel, at all times knew that we were 3, knew about our jobs, knew our conditions and we insisted on communicating that we had a pet. Only you hid things, such as the desire to work, for example. New search filter when looking for an apartment: FINQUES BACHS excluded.

Negative experience: Lamentable el trato con el Sr. Miguel Bachs. Quedé con él y no se acordaba. Ya lo tenía alquilado y no me lo dijo. Me hizo enviar datos personales cuando el alquiler ya eataba hecho.

Negative experience: Lametablemente muy mala experiencia después de estar varios años como inquilino. Por ejemplo meses de espera para resolver varios problemas en el immueble, etc.

Fantastic experience: Acabo de firmar un contrato de arrendamiento con el Sr. Bachs. Lo recomiendo sin duda, recibimos un trato profesional y muy amable, aunque hicimos unas peticiones poco habituales y no siempre el proceso fue muy eficiente por nuestra parte. Estoy 100% satisfecha.

Negative experience: Horrible experiencia la de tratar con esta inmobiliaria. En 4 años lo único que hicieron fue firmar el contrato y luego se desentendieron de TODO. Incluso cuando dejé el piso, ignoraron mis emails para recuperar la fianza y sólo lo conseguí porque la propietaria adelantó el dinero de su bolsillo para evitarse más problemas. Además, recibí un trato denigrante con gritos incluidos por teléfono del Sr.Bachs. No lo recomiendo para nada.
