Negative experience: Hace tres años que compre la casa , a los meses les dije que empezaba a tener problemas de movimientos ,que se estaban rajando las baldosas del suelo y la terraza y la caldera se estropeó y se desentendieron aún conociendo la casa ya que anteriormente estuvo alquilada , ocultaron vicios ocultos descaradamente , ahora debo pagar todas las reparaciones que en el momento de visitarla no se veían .

Llamas para pedir cita una hora despues que se haya publicado un anuncio, envias mails, y te dicen que ya te llamarán para darte cita que no te preocupes, llamas más tarde para ver si te pueden dar cita, y por segunda vez y con muy poca amabilidad te dicen que la compañera aun no ha llamado a nadie. Un dia despues el piso ya esta alquilado. Ni te ha llamado nadie ni te ha respuesto nadie al mail. Un servicio que muestra muy poco interés por los clientes.

Negative experience: .... després de pagar una taxació d'un immoble (600€) que publicaven al seu web (i al d'habitaclia), tenir la hipoteca preconcebuda i fer una oferta pel mateix preu (sense rebaixa)... El propietari es va tirar endarrere en el moment de fer la venda per motius personals, i ens hem quedat sense casa i 600€ al compte. Hem hagut d'anar darrera seu constantment: abans, durant i després ... Al cap d'unes setmanes, ens han dit que no es pot reclamar res a ningú, doncs vam fer nosaltres voluntàriament la taxació i per tant, no es culpa seva... SENSE MÉS COMENTARIS... MOLT DECEPCIONATS.

Negative experience: Muy mala gestión de finques, tardan mucho en solucionar problemas solo dan largas, pero para cobrarte los honorarios son los primeros y así están perdiendo clientes y la peor es una tal Helena muy mal hablada y tratando te con vacileo como si fueses tonto y ella es la primera que no entiende ni de su trabajo.. En fin, no recomendable ni para mi enemigo!!
