Negative experience: We had a very bad experience with this real estate agency, specifically with Bibiana, a very arrogant person. We had to leave a rental apartment and when we left, I asked for photos of the utility meters, photos that she did not want to give me. After more than 15 days of leaving the apartment, I contacted her to ask if the name change had been made, and she replied that everything was in progress and not to worry. I called the utility companies to ask if the name change had been requested, and they told me no. I contacted her again and communicated this to her, showing her that what she was saying was not true, and she deleted all the messages she had sent me. In the end, we had to call the apartment owner to resolve the issues amicably. Very bad experience, be careful with this real estate agency.
