Negative experience: Positive experience with the salesperson Miquel, excellent advisor and person, but very negative experience due to the lack of ethics, trust, and empathy in the way the company manages. On a Saturday, we agreed on the price with the seller and committed to making the reservation on Monday. On Monday at 6 PM, they sent me the account number to make the transfer, and half an hour later, they called me to say that another client had gotten ahead of us. I believe that buying an apartment is not an obstacle course to see who arrives first, nor a battle between salespeople to see who collects the commission. I understand that the apartment continues to be shown, and in that case, they should notify us about advancing the payment. It cannot be that we lose it, WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, in just one hour.

Fantastic experience: I would like to highlight a few details; they do not limit themselves to working only with the products they have, such as houses, apartments, commercial premises, or industrial warehouses. If they don’t have the product, they don’t simply say 'no'... they are concerned with finding what you need. In our case, we were looking for a warehouse to buy, and they found it. One of our employees was looking for a rental apartment, and he found it with them. A relative of this employee was looking for an apartment with other real estate agencies and was advised throughout the buying process and mortgage, and successfully completed the purchase.
