Negative experience: CUIDADO!!! Estafadors i mala gestió de la finca. NO RESPONEN i quan demanes veure els números de la comunitat tot son excuses, quan els aconsegueixes hi ha un gran nombre de pagaments i transferències de capital del compte de la comunitat als seus comptes sense cap explicació...preparant.... denúncia!! MOLT COMPTE I REVISEU ELS NUMEROS SI ENCARA EN SOU CLIENTS

Negative experience: I am a tenant in an apartment managed by the community, and the handling of incidents is quite poor. They have cut off the water on two occasions without prior notice, weeks with the entrance all lifted and full of rubble due to an unfinished repair, significant changes like the lock on the front door or the intercoms that I found out about by surprise (according to them, they notify the owners, but considering it's a building where most of us are tenants, why is it so hard to put up a notice?) and problems with dampness in the apartments that they do not respond to. So far, although you had to insist several times, at least the treatment was pleasant, but after a phone call with Fernando, not even that. I hope the treatment with the owners is better than with the tenants...

Negative experience: It's a shame. I've been asking for more than 2 years for the building owners' meeting to be held; every time I call, they give me a different excuse (that their computer system broke down and they don't have the history, that it was agreed and the meeting will be held after summer and we are in mid-November, etc...). Terrible management.

Negative experience: Nada más que sirven para cobrar su mensualidad de la comunidad no se preocupan de nada, no merece la pena esta empresa una decepción.

Negative experience: Si pudiera les pondria menos 20,una gestión mala,muy mala.Son unos irresponsables y trabajan con una empresa de mantenimiento,un tal Sergio,que son unos chapuceros,unos incompetentes y te dejan todo peor q estaba.

Negative experience: Estan gestionado las cosas de peor manera posible. Dicen que algo se tiene que hacer ya, si o si, sin consultarlo con los propietarios, por sus narices. No buscan soluciones de los problemas,crean más!!! La verdad que si no los teniamos habriamos ahorado 1200 € en de la comunidad. Creo que si los propietarios pagamos, tienen que mirar por nuestro interes, no por el suyo... Parece que tienen amiguitos a que dan las reparaciones, y por eso van a su bola

Negative experience: La gestión pésima. Cuando contratamos el servicio no había morosos. Ahora tenemos una morosidad de más de 3000 euros.Se quiere instalar un ascensor con acceso universal en la Comunidad de propietarios, un bién básico, y pusieron un abogado , técnico , etc. de su confianza para ir en contra de los más débiles y discapacitados. No intentaron mediar entre los propietarios, todo lo contrario enfrentaron unos con otros. Pagando ,por adelantado ,un abogado , procurador y técnico para ir en contra de un bien básico. Sí, sí, como lo oyen adelantan el dinero, para pagar a los profesionales que contestaron al escrito de demanda para ir en contra de las personas discapacitadas que pidieron el auxilio judicial.
