Sin duda, una gran elección. En poco más de 3 meses desde que publicamos hasta la venta en Notaría lo hemos cerrado todo y sin ninguna complicación. Agradecidos.

They have helped us at all times, it has been a complicated operation because we needed several months of deposits to process the sale of our apartment and the mortgage. Anna has helped us all the time and has taken care of all the paperwork, being understanding of the situation as well. We made several visits to the house and she was always willing, kind, and without any rush for us to take measures or whatever. Very good experience!!!

Negative experience: I can't give 0 stars, what a shame. Useless and one of the two quite unfriendly. They don't respond to emails, they make no effort for the tenants. And the landlords... It took them 3 months to return the deposit, they kept 25% for 'changing an electric cable' or 'gardener' and on top of that, they don't pay us the late interest they owe us by law, what a scam. A piece of advice: avoid that agency and those rental houses, you will save yourself a lot of frustration.

Negative experience: La simpatía brilla por su ausencia

Negative experience: No respectan el orden de llegada a la hora de alquilar!!llegue 15 min tarde a la visita y Ana con malos modales me contestó q había estado esperando le pedí porfabor que me hiciera la visita ya que con la situación de que vivimos con el Covid19 y tener un bebé de 7 meses se me hizo muy difícil me contestó q ya no podía dos min mas tarde llego un chico para hacer una visita de nuevo con Ana y se la alquilaron a él!me parece muy poco razonable que tengan tan poca empatía!lo justo hubiese sido que al menos me hiciesen la visita!

Negative experience: Ens ha “atès” Anna Marin, trobo que sent una empresa important com es Finques Genescà es incomprensible com poden tenir una persona de cara al públic la cual falta al respecte als seus potencials clients. Trobem lamentable que després de remarcar el dia i la hora de la visita, arribem alla puntuals i al trucar a la oficina ens digui que era mitja hora abans i que no era culpa seva. Sense ni una trucada per la seva part i amb males maneres. Ha finalitzat la trucada dient-nos que no hi truquessim mai mes, és trist que tractin així ja no als clients sino a les persones i mes quan som d’aqui de tota la vida. Ens farem càrrec de divulgar aquesta greu situació i no li desitjem a ningú aquest maltracte per part de una empleada d’una empresa que hauria de donar exemple com a persona i cap als demés, ja que aquests no poden ser ni els valors ni les maneres que demana la marca.
