Negative experience: NO ALQUILÉIS NUNCA UN PISO CON ESTA EMPRESA !!!!!!!!!! Siempre que había necesitado algo , días y días en contestar los emails o en devolverte las llamadas. Pero por colmo , dejo el piso y tuve que ir detrás durante meses para que me prepararan el contrato de mi baja , tuve que ir detrás para quedar en la entrega de llaves. Nunca están , nunca devuelven las llamadas y debes insistir en algo que ellos mismos deberían hacer. Pero el colmo de los colmos ha sido la DEVOLUCIÓN DE LA FIANZA !!!! Me gasté 1.200€ en pintar el piso, lo dejé limpio y en perfectas condiciones , la vitro tenía un golpe y asumí el descuento te la vitro, pero por sorpresa me han quitado 930€ de la fianza porque dicen que las tapas del WC estaban destornilladas…. 930€ una vitro y unas tapas destornilladas del WC? SON UNOS ESTAFADORES !!!!!!!! No pintéis ni hagáis nada, total, van a intentar cualquier cosa para devolverte lo más mínimo de la fianza!!!

Negative experience: Sr. Joan Maria Feliu nos ha tenido mas de tres años martirizados en nuestra vivienda con la salida de humos del local de Espaseria 10 del que eres el propietario y ahora abres otra vez una salida de humos precintada por el Ayuntamiento de Barcelona, con riesgo de incendio y consciente que no podemos soportar este ruido. No tienes consentimiento de la comunidad, la salida de humos no es del local, no cumple normativa y sobrepasa los niveles de ruido. Joan Maria Feliu la cara mas despreciable del inversor inmobiliario no parara hasta que nos mate con los toxicos, los nervios o queme todo el edificio!!! Pare ya de hacernos mobbing inmobiliario, en la reunion de propietarios dijo que no utilizaria la salida de humos, mentira, cuidado con Housfy Fincas Feliu ya empezamos a tener miedo de esta gente.

Negative experience: Gestió pèssima. Amb ells he estat a punt de tenir dos incendis i una intoxicació per diverses fuites de gas negligents, ja que contracten persones sense cap qualificació. En aquests 3 anys he patit: - Canvi de nom dels subministraments: tarden més de cinc mesos a fer-lo i ho fan malament (rebo les factures al meu nom però en femení). - Instal·lació elèctrica il·legal, amb cables en mal estat, mal connectats i sense connexió a terra. Es cremen dos endolls i ens electrocutem quan rentem els plats. - Instal·lació de gas amb fuites: un operari hi treballa i deixa un escapament de gas enorme. - Tub de la caldera il·legal, respirant productes de la combustió durant mesos i amb la caldera funcionant malament. - Pany de la porta muntat incorrectament: porto anys intentant que l’arreglin i només m’hi posen un pegote de silicona. - Desguàs de la cuina reparat amb un pegote de silicona que dura menys d’un dia. Molt descontent i un constant mal de cap.

Negative experience: Inefficiency personified. Months go by since something is approved in the homeowners' meeting, and Finques Feliu executes it (if they even get around to executing it), and when they finally manage to execute it, for it to be done correctly the first time is like a miracle. Security doors that don’t work for months, door locks that are changed and they don’t give you the key, parking without light for days (all these incidents or more in less than a year). It's a pleasure to have them manage your homeowners' association.

Negative experience: I have been requesting account statements for weeks and I don't know how to get them. Our president is not given access keys and we do not receive any response. Not very recommendable or reliable.

Negative experience: Horrible!!! There is no way they will return the community current account to us. A certain Manel is always making excuses, and it has been like this since March. They only send you emails to assess your property. Until recently, they refused to tell us how much they were charging for the service. A certain Laura and Andrea are incapable of responding to the emails we sent demanding answers. They are not transparent at all. The community will certainly report them.

Fantastic experience: The service was incredible and it was a pleasure to resolve my doubts with her.

Negative experience: Null management of our community of neighbors, they are excessively expensive and in these times they only make us pay more money. You are quite expensive monthly for each year having extra contributions for several months.

Negative experience: A disastrous management of our community of neighbors. Although I should really say a non-existent management for two years, because they have done absolutely nothing during that time (except for the automatic tasks like collecting our bills through bank direct debit). We have had the same president for two years because they didn't even bother to hold the annual meeting. Truly regrettable. And, coincidentally, since Housfy got involved, they won't stop sending me spam to sell my apartment. Run away from them like the plague.

Negative experience: I was the owner of a parking space managed by this company and I am shocked by their lack of professionalism. They need to create a budget and call the owners to solve their work for them. I sold the parking space and they expect me to pay the full quarter when I only need to pay the proportional part. After having been informed earlier, they do nothing. I return the receipt and they respond that I should contact the new owner to do their work for us. I am glad I no longer have to deal with this company.

Negative experience: Disrespectful of other people's time. They changed the front door while I was away, I tried to arrange to pick it up, I sent several messages without any responses. A neighbor opened the door for me, then I went by the place to get the keys, but it seems to me a huge lack of professionalism not to respond to these matters. I came back from a long trip with suitcases, and I have many responsibilities, and my time is valuable, at least to respond that they don’t know how to arrange the delivery of some keys.

Negative experience: We have been changed recently and it has been a completely negative experience: they change the account to another office without asking the community for permission, they do not manage things properly, they prepare transfers for the wrong amount, it's a total mess of administration.

Negative experience: Avoid any dealings with this company, settlements made without presentation, fees charged without invoices, unpaid debts to suppliers, contract changes made without informing the community... The new administrator was expelled from the administrators' school, Barnagest has closed, leaving many communities in the red.

Negative experience: I am looking for a property manager for my community of neighbors. Logically, I am not a client yet; I went in to ask for information, and the secretary told me that they cannot provide any information or make any inquiries if I am not a client. Amazing.

Negative experience: I have never encountered a company that cares less about the people they work with. Never responds, no accountability, no proactive notice about something as significant as 9 months of construction on the floor above you. If you’re considering living in a building managed by them, avoid it. And if you’re an owner considering enlisting their services be aware of what you’re getting yourself and your tenants into. Will be happy to update this review if they improve.

Negative experience: I would like to express my deep disappointment with Finques Feliu and their manager, Mr. Tito. After a month has passed since our request, we still have not received the community's account statement. This lack of transparency and accountability in presenting financial information is concerning and goes against the principles established by the Horizontal Property Law, which requires transparent and timely management of community accounts. Furthermore, it seems that the company prioritizes the interests of the developer over those of the community residents. In light of this situation, I cannot recommend their services, as they demonstrate a clear lack of commitment and compliance with the legal and ethical obligations required.

Negative experience: A bunch of thieves, they don't attend to you, I was without electricity for a month in the apartment, they did not return my deposit. I am going to take legal action against them because they are criminals. My experience was with the 5th floor, 1st apartment at Via Augusta 122 in Barcelona. An agency to avoid.

Negative experience: It has been more than 4 months since they fixed a damp problem or answered the phone or emails. We don't know what to do anymore; we have a part of the apartment that is unusable because Fincas Feliu does not work.

Negative experience: Do Not Trust Thais Agency! You will Not get back your deposit!!!

Negative experience: Do not use this Agency! Terrible service and communication. In the end of out stay they will keep your deposit and charge for things that needed reparation before you. They will stop answering and use their unfair advantage.

Negative experience: This is a disgrace, Dolors Usatorre is a scam as an administrator. The company doesn’t care at all for the tenants. They steal, lie, trample on you, and make your life miserable to force you to do what they want. After leaving an apartment in perfect condition, they took my deposit money. RESPONSE: As far as I know, it’s never too late to warn people about the kind of administrators you are. I am writing a review to inform about the problem I had with you. And since I see that you want to have the upper hand with the comment, I’ll expand the review with exceptions and details: The occupied apartment was delivered in unbeatable condition, as is noted on the sheet I have signed by the person I am referring to. When handing over the keys, an inspection was conducted point by point. Out of my €2000 deposit, I only received about €300, due to a break in a toilet that dates back to the Franco era, note my irony. The derogatory terms used earlier are the result of talking to my lawyer and being explained that this is quite common in this type of management since for such an amount, you won’t bother going to court... es

Negative experience: They simply hold the deposit on weak grounds. They charge for damages that existed before and that were also documented. This is a business model that should be legally prohibited and punished.

Negative experience: Stay away from this agency if you're looking to rent a place in Barcelona, we (and everyone we talked to in our building) had the worst experience. We had several issues from the beginning (for example they changed the contract the night before we were meant to sign it, adding a clause obligating us to stay in the flat for 2.5 years), many charges of bills which did not correspond to us (which were reimbursed after lots of fighting and time) and of course, as all the reviews mention here, were not given our deposit back with costs that were completely made up and not supported by any evidence whatsoever. Our experience was with the flat in carrer de la Fusina 7, please stay away from that.

Negative experience: Very bad. My sister rented a room with them and it's incredible, the prices are more expensive than others, but okay. When you want to leave, they don't want to return the deposits for foreigners, they say there is a lot of construction, but there isn't. The deposit price is not worth it. They are thieves. Move on. I hope we can solve the problem.

Negative experience: I highly advise against using this agency. From the beginning, the communication has been anything but professional. Issues we reported in the very beginning have not been resolved during our one year stay. Besides that, the agency kept a huge amount of our deposit for “reparations” that had to be done without any proof. All attempts to prove their wrong accusations have just been ignored. Do yourself a favor and choose one of many other agencies out there, or calculate in to lose your deposit.

Negative experience: Do not rent a flat with this company, they are scammers. At the end of the contract, my partner was charged for many things that were already damaged from the beginning; all these damages were reported by her via e-mail to avoid problems later. But they did not care about this. When claiming, I forwarded the e-mails, asked for receipts or some concrete reason. They never responded clearly; if you mention 10 unfair things, they only talk about two and that’s it. They take advantage of the laws that allow them to commit this usurpation. It is infuriating!

Negative experience: I am disappointed by the service & support we’ve received while renting one of their flats in Barcelona. Long wait for reply, no support and we never received inventory that was mentioned in the hotel. The worst: in the end we got Charged a huge amount because „the walls had stains“ that were already there when we moved in (even with pictures!). We didn’t receive any official pintor invoice nor for the reparations but they make us pay for it. To add, after requesting several times our utility bills, they’ve sent us several ones that weren’t during our rental period and make us pay for it even after telling. But apparently the agency is not trying to find an agreement and simply don’t react to it. Sad.

Negative experience: I have found the level of service and support provided during our rental of one of their apartments in Barcelona to be highly unsatisfactory. We experienced extended response times, a lack of assistance when needed, and were never furnished with the promised inventory. Our greatest concern arose when we were suddenly charged a substantial fee for supposed "wall stains" that were already present when we initially moved in. These pre-existing conditions were even documented with photographs, making this charge entirely unjustifiable. What's more, the agency has failed to supply us with an official invoice for these so-called repairs, yet they insist on collecting payment from us. Despite our repeated requests for utility bills, we received bills that did not correspond to our rental period and were still expected to cover these costs. This resulted in a significant deduction of 1500€ from our deposit. Unfortunately, it appears that the agency is unwilling to engage in productive dialogue and has ceased responding to our attempts at communication. In light of these circumstances, we have been left with no alternative but to consult with a legal professional to address these issues.

Negative experience: I hope my review will help other people stay away from this terrible agency. If you still want to go ahead with them, be ready not to be able to reach them when you need help in the apartment or you need to discuss things, to be charged wrong bills, not receive your deposit back.
