Negative experience: Poor management. I rented a parking space, they gave me the remote without the manual key to access in case the door fails. They say they are trying to fix it. The door fails in the early morning. I complain again. The solution they give me is for me to go and make a copy of the key at my own expense or if it fails again, to wake up all the neighbors, as the property has decided this (???). They do not care about providing good service. However, they charge the deposit for the key and the month of fees without any problem.

Negative experience: Very poor management and little collaboration from this entity. I handed over a rented property, they processed the cancellation with Endesa, but Endesa tells me that the salespeople are not allowing them to cancel the supply. They continue to charge me the minimum electricity payment. I go and complain to Fincas Campanyà, and they tell me that they are very sorry but they can't do anything, that the salespeople are on vacation. I ask if they can talk to the owner, and they say, 'No, we are not authorized.' Meanwhile, I keep paying.

Negative experience: Well, if you regret it, imagine us, the affected ones. That is why all those people, especially tenants, who have had problems and have been harmed by the misconduct of this company located at carrer Coroleu, n°3, in the Sant Andreu neighborhood, and/or the associated company 122Degesser s.l., which also manages your properties with alarming lack of professionalism, can file their complaint at OMIC (Municipal Office of Consumer Information) for free at Rda de Sant Pau, 43, Barcelona, phone 93 153 70 10. They can also file a complaint at the Official College of Property Administrators of Barcelona-Lleida (cafbl) by going to carrer Mallorca 214, phone 93 451 02 02, or by filing the complaint on their website by going to: the Contact tab, then clicking on Ethical Complaints, which will link them to a Form/Submission that they must fill out with their personal information and attach the relevant documentation, and finally Send Form to initiate the administrative procedure. In my experience, these two entities are much more efficient than both property administrators, and they will not waste time or patience on phone calls and emails that are never answered. I wonder why only negative opinions like this one are questioned while they do not do the same with the 'favorable' ones that praise them to the point of being ridiculous and unbelievable. When you wanted to make this comment disappear, Google Inc. paid no attention because the information written here, unfortunately for you, is not only true but also corroborated, and it is common for this to happen with your Rental Department, which, like other real estate agencies, has never shown the slightest interest in tenants. First, they didn't answer the phone (I thought, well, fix it) and then 'talk slowly' (well, I don't know, sorry if I talk fast. Few apartments will sell like this). Negative experience: Campanya Real Estate rents commercial spaces as residences without a habitability certificate, but in the ad, they present it as a loft apartment. (To advertise it as an apartment, it should have the corresponding habitability certificate). Yesterday, I confirmed that they do not have a certificate by calling 012. When I told them that what they are doing is illegal, they couldn't care less. When I mentioned that the owner of the space could face a fine, they responded that it is his problem. Obviously, they also do not care that the tenant might have issues living in a space that is not designated for residential use. It is unbelievable that a local real estate agency would engage in such practices. The moment I detect that this space is rented, I will file a complaint with the town hall providing all the conversations I have and the ad from said real estate agency. Stop deceiving people. Thank you very much.

Negative experience: For this company, tenants have no rights at all; all the rights belong to the owner. They tricked us in the contract; we agreed on one thing verbally, and in the contract, they put other things. After signing, we spent 8 days sending emails and waiting for them to give us the utility bulletin to get the service activated, which supposedly would come the next day or in two days after signing the contract. When we complained via email, nobody replied, and finally, we had to email everyone in the office, and they responded saying the responsible person had received our email without providing any further solution. When we saw that they continued to delay and didn’t reply, we decided to read the contract in detail and that’s when we found surprises! They made us responsible for the electrical inspection and everything in the house. They even put us down for air conditioning inspection, which they slipped in because there was no air conditioning in that apartment. Also, they stated that repairs and works are the tenant's responsibility, putting 'small' repairs and works when in reality they are large repairs and works, and without putting anything for tenant compensation in case it fell on the tenant. I mean, the tenant in that contract had no rights; they had to repair the whole apartment at the tenant's expense and without any compensation, just one month without paying to activate the utilities. After all this, and after discovering their tricks, we complained and they refunded us all the money, but we left the apartment we were living in to go to the supposed new apartment of this real estate agency and then we got this surprise. We demanded that they find us an apartment in good conditions and with the same characteristics as the previous one, and they refused to be responsible for finding us an apartment, they only said they would try to help us, which has already passed two months and we still haven’t seen any apartment we wanted and we ended up on the street while they remain calm without helping us. Tenants pay for nothing; be careful with what they put in the contract, as they deceive a lot and the professional treatment is zero. We felt compelled to post this review because we are already tired. It is a complete disaster, and they steal the rights from tenants and only care about the owner, when the fees are paid by the tenants. Very dissatisfied with this real estate agency.

Fantastic experience: A few days ago, I sold my apartment in Ignasi Iglesias, Sant Andreu, Barcelona. The sale of the apartment wasn’t easy because the building doesn’t have an elevator, even though it could have one, and the apartment was in very good condition. It was sold leaving behind furniture and appliances, and had many interesting features (lots of light and tranquility, completely exterior, custom furniture, high ceilings, very good condition, two bathrooms, four bedrooms, in the center of Sant Andreu, one neighbor per floor...). I handled the sale of the apartment with three real estate agencies: Finques Campanyà, Housfy, and Spotahome. The latter two didn’t do a good job and only wanted to lower the price of the apartment, not achieving many visits or good visits, excusing themselves by saying that since it wasn’t selling, it was because the price was higher than it should be. Finques Campanyà made an appraisal of the apartment that they always defended; they never suggested lowering the price because for them, the selling price was correct and they defended the product and the interests of the owner, not looking for a quick sale. Raimon has been trying to sell the apartment for more than a year; he has worked with great professionalism and consistency, has defended the value and quality of the apartment, and has had a remarkable relationship and professionalism with owners and interested parties. I am very clear that there aren’t good professionals like him in the sector, as I have experienced it, and when I go back to buy an apartment or sell one, I will count on Raimon and Finques Campanyà, as they are good professionals. Negative experience: Servei nefasta. Porten la gestió del bloc de pisos del qual on soc propietària d'un d'ell i des del dia 3 de febrer que estic trucant perquè resolguin el problema de l'interfon. No visualitzo les imatges . Vaig pagar per un aparell que no serveix i pregunto si s'ha pagat al servei a l'empresa i no contesten . Tot plegat es una irregularitat. Haig d'estar constantment al darrera recordant que aquest tema no s'ha resolt. Poso aquest comentari per poder fer força a ser escoltada i se'm doni una resposta. Comentar que es molt difícil parlar amb la persona responsable. Imma Garcia

Negative experience: Clarament, els inquilins, no som considerats clients per a aquesta empresa. Tot i entendre la complexa situació actual, no entenc què costa enviar un correu de resposta quan faig una consulta a la gestora del meu pis. Els inquilins també som clients. Els inquilins paguem puntualment per rebre un tracte professional i respectuós. Em veig abocada a fer aquesta ressenya cansada de rebre el silenci per resposta o una resposta tardana i cap trucada. Si us plau, recordeu que els inquilins o compradors (no només els propietaris o venedors) també som part del vostre negoci.

Negative experience: Hace 9 años, cuando falleció mi madre, y devolvimos el piso en el que estaba como arrendataria desde hacia 4 años, se quedaron con TODA LA FIANZA, con el pretexto de cambiar unas persianas que por lo menos tenían más de 20 años. Me vi incapaz, por el dolor del momento, de reclamar por ello. PERO NI OLVIDO NI PERDONO LA FALTA DE HUMANIDAD.

Negative experience: Tenemos un piso alquilado con ellos. Desde hace 1 año estamos intentando solucionar una avería con el AA y no hay manera de que nos den respuesta a las llamadas y a los mails. Supuestamente van pasando el recado y los días y la respuesta nunca llega. DESDE HACE 1 AÑO!!! Claramente nos marean y no hay ninguna intención de solucionar el problema.
