Negative experience: Please do not use these agents. In the end, I was illegally evicted even though there was a year left on the mandatory term, with no legal notice or sufficient explanation (clearly to raise the price for the next tenant). They did not return my deposit of 1500 euros, nor did they register it with Incasol as required by law. As a result, I was homeless for 3 months. The reason for the real estate crisis in Barcelona is because of agents and landlords like this. Terrible.

Negative experience: Por favor, no use estos agentes. Al final me han desahuciado ilegalmente aún faltando un año del plazo obligatorio, sin noticia legal o sufficiente (claramente para subir el precio para la proximo inquilino). No me devolvieron la fianza de 1500 eur, ni la registraron en Incasol como marca la ley. Como resultado, estuve sin hogar durante 3 meses. La razón por la que hay una crisis inmobiliaria en Barcelona es por agentes y propietarios así. Fatal.
