Negative experience: Alquile con esta inmobiliaria y evidentemente son tan malos como la propietaria del inmueble. Castillejos 405 bajo A la Sra Monica Blanch Anton ( representante de la propietaria Laura Mercedes Blanco Martínez) No me devolvieron la fianza , solo una parte, quedan mil€ los cuales no fueron restituidos y pasaron 6 meses. Claramente se quedan con lo ajeno es mi dinero y no me lo devolvieron. Muy mala actitud! inquilinos no alquilen con esta gente! No devuelven la fianza. Son cómplice con los propietarios. No pongo menos estrellas porque no se puede . Pero es una estafa.

Castillejos 405 bajo A Mrs. Monica Blanch Anton (representative of the owner Laura Mercedes Blanco Martínez) did not return my deposit, only a part of it; there is still a thousand euros that were not refunded after 6 months. Clearly, they keep what doesn't belong to them; it's my money and they didn't return it. Very bad attitude! Tenants, do not rent from these people! They do not return the deposit. They are accomplices with the owners. I wouldn't give less stars because it's not possible. But it is a scam.

Negative experience: No pongo menos estrellas porque no se puede. ME HAN DEJADO EN LA CALLE. Me hicieron pagar una reserva y un mes antes me dicen que al final no se alquila el piso. tengo los muebles comprados y mi piso ya está alquilado. Nefasto servicio, no me respondía los mensajes de WhatsApp y unos días antes de la mudanza me dice esto. Alucinante. NO LO RECOMIENDO

Negative experience: Si pudiese dejar menos estrellas lo haría, muy poco profesionales, nos hicieron perder el tiempo completamente. Firmamos una reserva por el alquiler de un piso, entregamos el dinero que nos pedían, después de un mes de tener el piso reservado nos dejan en la calle con todos los muebles comprados, simplemente con la devolución de la reserva y sin ninguna explicación. Ademas de perder tiempo, perdimos otro piso que descartamos y por ahora tenemos unos muebles hermosos pero en la calle. Gina y compañía de verdad que espero que no alquilen nunca mas nada, jugar con el tiempo de la gente no esta nada bien. Ojalá no jueguen con el de ustedes porque estoy seguro que se enojaran como nosotros.
