Negative experience: HUYE!!!!! 1 estrella = No puedo poner en negativo. Nos han dejado en la calle. Cláusulas abusivas, trato vejatorio y prácticas indignas. Esta inmobiliaria nos ha dejado literalmente en la calle. Actualmente estamos viviendo en un Airbnb, con todo el impacto económico y emocional que eso supone, como consecuencia directa de su gestión abusiva, negligente y deshumanizada. Desde el primer momento actuaron con presión extrema, obligándonos a realizar una reserva en menos de 24 horas, aprovechándose del miedo real a quedarnos sin vivienda en un mercado como el de Barcelona. Tras la reserva, empezó un calvario. La persona llamada Sabine tuvo un comportamiento absolutamente inadmisible: – nos gritó por teléfono, tuvimos que llamar desde otro móvil ya que nos nos cogía del que ya tenía guardado, y siguió gritando y hablando con unas formas que nadie se merece a mi pareja. – no respondió mensajes ni comunicaciones importantes, – mostró una actitud prepotente y agresiva cuando preguntamos por varias cláusulas claramente abusivas del contrato. -Todos sus mails son poco profesionales, no os preocupéis que los tengo todos para cuando interponga la reclamación en consumo. Entre ellas, algunas especialmente graves: • una penalización desproporcionada, al borde de la legalidad, imponiendo 5 años de indemnización si nos íbamos antes, mes por año que no pasara, un euro más de esta cláusula ya es ilegal por completo, pero con eso jugáis, con la desesperación de las personas para hacer negocio. • una cláusula que establece que cualquier desperfecto del piso corre íntegramente a cargo del inquilino, • y, de forma aún más surrealista, que los electrodomésticos son “de cortesía”: no se pueden probar durante 30 días, no tienen garantía real, pero si se estropean es responsabilidad del inquilino repararlos o devolverlos igualmente, aunque no funcionen. Una condición completamente abusiva y fuera de toda lógica. Esto es solo una muestra, para la relación de BARBARIDADES que redactaron en el contrato, contrato que llevaremos a consumo. Ante nuestras preguntas legítimas y razonadas, no ofrecieron ninguna solución, ninguna alternativa ni voluntad de corregir nada. La única respuesta fue quedarse con la reserva, aun sabiendo que ya habíamos dado preaviso en nuestros pisos anteriores, dejándonos sin vivienda en una situación de máxima vulnerabilidad. El trato ha sido intimidatorio, despectivo y carente de cualquier ética profesional. No hubo empatía, no hubo transparencia y no hubo intención real de ayudar. Todo se gestionó desde la imposición y el abuso, aprovechándose de la desesperación de quienes buscan piso. Llama especialmente la atención que muchas de las reseñas positivas presenten patrones poco creíbles, muy alejados de la realidad que hemos vivido, ya que son ellos mismos para intentar medio limpiar, el DESASTRE de profesionales que sois. Por no hablar del carácter humano, que ni está, ni se le espera. Disponemos de todas las pruebas documentales, mensajes y audios que acreditan cada uno de los hechos descritos y estamos valorando acciones legales y la correspondiente hoja de reclamaciones ante los organismos competentes. Esta reseña no es una opinión impulsiva: es una advertencia real. Encima os tendré que agradecer no haberme robado la reserva, gracias por devolverla, sin acuerdo mutuo ! Solo me habéis robado el tiempo, lo que iba a ser mi hogar, la ilusión, el sueño y las ganas de hablar con ninguna inmobiliaria ni nadie del sector. Si no quieres acabar sin vivienda, bajo presión y con muchos dolores de cabeza, SAL CORRIENDO,
Lamentamos profundamente el tono y el contenido de esta reseña, ya que no refleja de forma objetiva ni veraz cómo se desarrollaron los hechos.
En primer lugar, queremos dejar constancia de que en ningún momento se dejó a esta parte “en la calle”, ni se produjo ningún desahucio ni pérdida de vivienda por parte de nuestra empresa. El proceso no llegó a formalizarse, precisamente porque no hubo acuerdo contractual entre las partes, y por ese mismo motivo la totalidad de la reserva fue devuelta, tal y como se reconoce al final de la propia reseña.
Respecto a la supuesta “presión” para realizar una reserva, queremos aclarar que todas las reservas se solicitan de forma voluntaria, con el único fin de retirar la vivienda del mercado mientras se revisa la documentación y el contrato. Esta práctica es estándar en el sector y siempre se informa previamente de sus condiciones. En ningún caso se obliga a nadie a reservar ni a continuar con una operación con la que no esté de acuerdo.
En relación con el trato personal atribuido a nuestra compañera, negamos rotundamente cualquier comportamiento vejatorio, gritos o faltas de respeto. Todas las comunicaciones se realizaron POR MAIL y dentro de un marco profesional y quedan debidamente documentadas. No responder de forma inmediata a todos los mensajes —especialmente cuando se reciben múltiples comunicaciones reiterativas— no constituye una falta de atención ni una actitud intimidatoria.
Sobre las cláusulas del contrato, es importante aclarar que:
– El contrato no llegó a firmarse, por lo que hablar de “cláusulas impuestas” carece de sentido.
– Las condiciones contractuales fueron facilitadas para su revisión previa, precisamente para que las partes pudieran plantear dudas o decidir libremente si continuaban o no con la operación.
– Muchas de las cláusulas mencionadas son habituales en contratos de arrendamiento y ajustadas a la legalidad, especialmente en contratos de larga duración o con características concretas del inmueble.
– En ningún momento se negó la posibilidad de no continuar si dichas condiciones no resultaban aceptables.
En cuanto a la afirmación de que “cualquier desperfecto corre a cargo del inquilino” o que los electrodomésticos se entregan “sin garantía”, se trata de interpretaciones parciales y erróneas de cláusulas estándar, que diferencian claramente entre uso, mantenimiento y vicios o averías no imputables al arrendatario, tal y como establece la normativa vigente.
Rechazamos también de forma tajante las insinuaciones sobre reseñas falsas o autoescritas. Nuestra reputación se basa en años de trabajo, clientes reales y operaciones cerradas con transparencia, algo que puede comprobarse fácilmente.
Entendemos que una operación que no llega a buen término puede generar frustración, pero no es aceptable trasladar decisiones personales —como dar preaviso en otra vivienda sin tener un contrato firmado— a la responsabilidad de una inmobiliaria que actuó conforme a los procedimientos habituales del sector y devolvió íntegramente cualquier importe entregado.
Seguimos a disposición de cualquier organismo oficial para aclarar los hechos con la documentación correspondiente, que demuestra que no hubo abuso, ni apropiación indebida, ni mala praxis.
Deseamos sinceramente que encuentren pronto una vivienda que se ajuste a sus expectativas.

Positive experience: He sido inquilino y durante 4 años Finques Teixidor, SL demostró ser diligente con las dos incidencias de habitabilidad que presento el piso, al momento de entregar el piso recomiendo que se cumplan las condiciones pactadas en el contrato, es muy sencillo, en mi caso entregue el piso en excelente condiciones y sin problema el propietario ha devuelto la fianza. Positive experience: I rented a flat through Finques Teixidor from 2017 to 2025 and had a good experience overall. Over the years, their service improved a lot — they became much faster and more organized when it came to resolving issues or sending documents. I’m giving 4 stars only because of one problem last winter, when I was left without water for about a week. It took a bit too long to sort out. That said, I’d still recommend them — they were respectful, professional, and easy to deal with throughout my 8 years there.

Negative experience: Parece que Finqués Teixidor no aprende nada de las malas opiniones que dejan los clientes. Ha sido pésima la organización por parte de la finca para entregar llaves nuevas a los inquilinos. Dejan carteles con instrucciones que ni ellos cumplen. Son desorganizados y muy poco resolutivos! He tardado 1 semana, miles de llamadas, 2 mensajes de voz y 2 correos electrónicos para "lograr" que esta gente haga su trabajo.

Negative experience: La comunitat de veïns que vivim a Plaça Europa en un suposat pis " d'alto standing " pagant 1300-1600€ mensuals estem totalment abandonats per aquesta agència. Es despreocupen totalment de les seves finques i triguen setmanes en arreglar problemes bàsics ( funcionament ascensors, etc ) que atempten contra la seguretat de les persones que vivim a les finques. Tenim robatoris, es colen drogadictes i borratxos a les nostres escales, entren al parking ( ara mateix porta dies amb la porta espatllada oberta de bat a bat ). Ja hem de fer els veïns de policies i sortir a expulsar els lladres que es colen. Per cobrar són molt ràpids, per arreglar les coses ja pots esperar assegut. Incompetents absoluts, els importa 0 la seguretat de la gent que vivim aquí.
Entenem i compartim la preocupació per les incidències que heu patit amb la porta del pàrquing. No obstant això, volem deixar constància que Finques Teixidor és completament aliè al mal funcionament de la porta, tal com s’acredita en els informes i comunicacions oficials aportats per l’empresa encarregada del manteniment, RAC Puertas i Automatismos.
Ha quedat demostrat documentalment que els retards i problemes tècnics són imputables exclusivament a l’empresa proveïdora i instal·ladora, que és la responsable directa de la reparació i correcte funcionament de la porta.
Des de la nostra administració hem gestionat de manera immediata i reiterada totes les comunicacions i requeriments perquè RAC Puertas compleixi amb les seves obligacions, tal com es pot comprovar als parts de treball i correus oficials.
Reiterem el nostre compromís amb la seguretat i el benestar de la comunitat, i seguirem exigint responsabilitats a qui correspongui.
Negative experience: Pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner cero! La puerta de nuestro parking lleva días sin funcionar! La última vez esperamos semanas... el edificio es cada vez más CARO, DESCUIDADO E INSEGURO!

Negative experience: Una experiencia lamentable con esta inmobiliaria, después de haber llamado 30 veces en 1 día y haber ido físicamente me dan cita para ver un piso, era una visita GRUPAL, jamás me había pasado ir a ver 3 personas 1 mismo piso, en la misma visita te ponen en un compromiso diciéndote que si no te apuntas paras enviar la documentación probablemente el piso ya no esté disponible, y además el gran problema es contactar con ellos, sea para una duda o para interesarte por alquilar un piso, la chica que está en la oficina no coge NUNCA el teléfono, tampoco responden los mensajes de whatsapp ni los correos, el chico que hace la visitas es el que te pone en un compromiso en el mismo momento de la visita, no volveré a mirar ni a recomendar ningún piso a nombre de esta inmobiliaria, pongo 1 estrella porque es lo mínimo para públicar la reseña, pero ni eso merecen. IMPRESENTABLES

Fantastic experience: Yo estoy muy agradecida con las fincas y con Sabine en especial. Necesitábamos encontrar un piso que se adaptara a lo que necesitábamos y fueron agradables y sobre todo muy rápidos en encontrarnos Justo lo que buscábamos. Los recomiendo.
Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would, but thats not possible so I'm giving one. Working with this atrocious excuse for a housing company has been by far the worst experience I've ever had in 10+ years of renting. I think I may have lost 10 years off of my life from the stress they have caused me. Here is a list of just a few of the situations we dealt with while renting one of their apartments: 1. They left hundreds of euros in unpaid utilities to be paid when we transferred the accounts to my name. When we called to ask about this they didn't know what we were talking about and refused to help. Then one day the charges "magically" disappeared. 2. They randomly sent a bill for 250 euros for a fee that I had already paid at the time of signing the lease 3. They rented the apartment to us with a broken lock. On the second day it broke while I was still inside and I was locked in the apartment with no way out (very dangerous). They didn't do anything to help us and we had to hire our own emergency locksmith. They refused to pay us back for the bill we paid out of pocket saying that it was our fault for breaking it and it was brand new. We had to get a written statement from the locksmith stating that it was a lie and the lock was clearly not new, and it could not have been our fault. 4. When they finally did pay us back for the lock incident months later, they accidentally sent the money to somebody else's bank account twice and somehow blamed us for it. 5. They emailed us saying they were terminating our lease 6 months early for no reason. 6. WORST OF ALL: A brand new heat/AC unit was installed incorrectly before we moved in. It took over a year of constant emailing, begging for them to finally send somebody over to fix the unit. My roommate and I got sick multiple times in the winter because it was so cold in the apartment. We had to spend our own money to buy expensive portable heaters. 7. In general they are impossible to reach and take weeks to respond to a simple email. When they do finally respond it is with a one word answer and they spelled my name wrong many times. Not a big deal, but just shows you how little they care about their tenants. IF YOU CAN AVOID FINQUES TEIXIDOR PLEASE DO NOT RENT WITH THEM.

Positive experience: En todo lo que he necesitado me han ayudado y el trato ha sido muy cercano con ellos
Negative experience: Cuidado con esta gente, son completamente incompetentes, hemos estado dos años y medio en un piso de Cornella y para empezar nos dieron el piso con desconchones en los techos, grietas y un baño pintado de negro con una aplicacion de pintura mal hecha (se caia). Uno de mis compañeros de piso que se queria ir del piso, estuvo avisando con dos meses de antelacion, sin recibir respuesta hasta pocos dias antes de su partida del piso. A la hora de irnos nos han quitado 300 euros de la fianza poniendonos en el concepto, limpieza y horno en mal estado y se quedan tan panchos, ninguna factura, ninguna lista de material, absolutamente nada mas que un mensaje diciendonos que nos fiemos de que el dinero se utilizara para tales fines. Despues de reclamarles esto por falta de justificaciones, no volvieron a mencionar el horno (cosa normal por que funciona perfectamente) y me mencionaron los desconchones del techo que ya estaban a la hora de entregarnos el piso. Ahora se van de vacaciones y no se sabe absolutamente nada, se desentienden por completo. Poco profesional se creen que el cliente es tonto. La solucion que me dieron fue: el propietario se compromete a devolver lo que sobre del dinero requisado de la fianza para hacer las reparaciones (no conocemos al propietario). No digo que el piso este super perfecto igual hay alguna cosa a pintar o a limpiar, pero 300 euros He preguntado a varias empresas de limpieza de pisos y nadie te cobra ese dineral por las justificaciones que me dan. Me piden que me fie de un señor que no conozco y que palabras textuales de los que nos enseñaron el piso fueron: A este señor se la suda alquilar o no el piso. No engañais a nadie con las multicuentas creadas por vosotros para poneros reseñas positivas, sois un desastre de agencia. LAMENTABLE
Lamentamos sinceramente que tu experiencia no haya sido plenamente satisfactoria y agradecemos el tiempo que has dedicado a compartir tu opinión. No obstante, queremos aclarar varios puntos importantes:
La retención parcial de la fianza (300 €) se realizó siguiendo las instrucciones directas del propietario del inmueble, tras la inspección del estado del piso al finalizar el contrato. Según se refleja en la comunicación interna con el propietario, se detectaron varios aspectos a reparar y limpiar, entre ellos:
Techos con pintura desconchada.
Filtros de la campana extractora sucios.
Horno en mal estado de limpieza.
Necesidad de limpieza general a fondo del inmueble.
Además, el propietario dejó constancia por escrito de que si el coste final de las reparaciones fuera inferior a la cantidad retenida, se devolvería la diferencia junto con la correspondiente factura, tal como te fue comunicado.

Negative experience: My experience was not good. First of all, they are intermediaries, and at no point can you manage anything directly with the owner, which makes the human aspect disappear and turns everything into an economic transaction (talking about something as important as housing). For the minimum problem or breakdown, it is hell to contact them and get them to take responsibility, and also, you always have to pay upfront. I fixed the terrace of the apartment that was destroyed, smoothing the walls and painting it, and they did not want to take responsibility for the repair (neither fully nor partially) because I had not agreed with them. On my first contract change, they wanted to increase the rent by an outrageous amount (almost double what I was paying). In the end, after negotiating, they accepted to increase it by 20% more (such a difference between the two proposals only responds to wanting to make money at the expense of bleeding people dry). Then, at the office, when I went to sign the new contract, luckily I read it beforehand because they had already set a higher price than what we had negotiated, and they had to change the contract right there. My impression is that they squeeze the tenant to get the maximum profit for themselves and their owners. Regrettable.

I called the real estate agency several times and they confirmed that someone named Adria was coming, and I was waiting in the pouring rain for no one to show up in the end.

They steal the deposit saying they will paint the apartment when they never budget nor paint (they withhold more than two months before returning a minimal part and keep more than they should). Positive experience: Personally, I have not had any problem with the real estate agency; they have always solved any issue for me. However, I want to note that the maintenance/cleaning of the building (common areas) leaves much to be desired, just like the civility of the tenants, especially occasional ones, such as those in tourist rentals. It is a shame that there is no better control over this because it ultimately affects all regular residents. On a different note, the issue with the elevators remains the Achilles' heel, sometimes dramatic in a 20-story building, and the unregulated access to the pool generates constant intrusions by young outsiders or excessively large groups of guests that turn the space into a place more akin to a municipal pool than a shared area with civic-minded people where one can relax and cool off.

Negative experience: We made an appointment with the sales representative to see a house in Masnou. When we arrived, he hadn't even raised the blinds, didn't show us the terrace, nor explained anything at all. They are unlikely to sell if they treat potential buyers with such lack of enthusiasm. Not recommended at all, and the blinds were not broken; I raised them myself. This comment is to help them improve and treat customers better. Negative experience: One of the worst property management companies I have had in Barcelona. If I could, I would give them zero stars. They never act, they never respond, they never support. The staff is so limited that during a meeting they presented with the accounts of another property... They take a long time to mobilize even for a water leak. They take no action against delinquency. Their knowledge of procedures is ridiculous/non-existent. They are only capable of collecting the money.
Negative experience: I'm very sorry, but remember, it's the worst agency I've ever worked with :( From the beginning, the treatment was cold and unpleasant, as if they were annoyed that we contacted them (especially since we were the ones covering the agency fees). Honestly, I'm not one to leave bad reviews (they sent me an email with the link and here I am), so I won't go into detail, but here are some points: - They showed the apartment to 8 people at the same time (in May 2021, still with many COVID restrictions!) and when we expressed our interest, the reaction was: 'Great, that way I can get rid of it because this isn't my area' :( - When they came to fix some door handles, they wanted to install new ones by making new holes in the wooden doors of the closet (a complete mess). We didn't allow them, but if I had been the owner of the apartment, I would have been horrified... - The oven broke, and they replaced it with one that had a non-working burner, which the guys who installed it said was temporary. Then they took months to fix it, and we had to fight a lot because they didn't want to fix the burner! The oven never had a rack, and they didn't care... we got tired of insisting :( - They forced us to get our home insurance through their company, and in most cases, we got a 'the insurance doesn't cover it' response. In the last incident, I spoke directly with the insurer (because they weren't responding to emails), and surprise! The insurer said they DID cover us, and when they finally replied to our email, they said NO. I don’t know if there was bad intention or not, but definitely poor service. - They took days (even weeks) to respond to emails; we ended up having to call because otherwise it was impossible. - They sent us a formal notice that the owner was evicting us from the apartment, when we told them that we didn't have to leave (after several very unpleasant emails), they sent us a very nice email and in less than 24 hours they said: 'Well, since we see you're not responding...' (again, unpleasant) - when they NEVER replied to an email in 24 hours. In the end, the owner ended up apologizing and taking them out of the equation; I think that speaks for itself. I could continue giving examples of why I'm giving 1 single star, but basically, I wouldn't recommend them, to be honest.

Negative experience: Specifically, in the building where I live, there are 100 apartments. They manage most of the flats, hold the presidency of the community, and represent 90% of the owners. No empathy, bad manners, little investment in maintenance and repairs, elevators that stop almost every day with people trapped, and centralized heating management 'ALLEGEDLY' of dubious legality! The elevators have been budgeted and paid for by some small owner for a year now, and as of today, 12/07/23, they remain the same. The La Torre Blanca building, designed by the prestigious firm MBM ARQUITECTES, urgently needs maintenance, general painting, the colors around it are barely visible, the entrance carpets and some flats are no longer carpets. It's a shame for a 13-year-old building with so much design... Not recommended at all. Finques Teixidor can say whatever they want. The elevator change has been approved by the owners' board and the contributions have been paid for over a year due to the dangers they pose. Finques Teixidor represents the majority of large owners. They do not respond or communicate with the few small owners, of which I am a tenant, and I can prove it. The heating expense for my 80m2 apartment, even when barely using it in January and February, was over €600 (which is the average electricity expense of a typical household annually in Spain). I continue to say and maintain everything I initially stated, and their response will not change anything for me. Can you imagine a building with 100 supposedly high-end apartments, almost all rented, which must generate at least €100,000 in monthly income, and in which the homeowners' community doesn't even bother to change the entry mat? Gracias por la información.Concretamente dejaron el jardín destrozado, lleno de basura literal, un gato abandonado durante meses, las paredes amarillas de fumar, se tuvo que cambiar el extractor por no haberlo limpiado desde la entrada al piso, rompieron un cristal... y así podría seguir infinitamente Espero que encuentre paz en su vida. Negative experience: Those sons of... are total scammers, Juanjo in particular. They stole more than 1000 euros from us as a deposit in 2022, supposedly for repairs to the apartment for - according to them - damages caused by us. We responded (with photos) about the deplorable condition of the apartment door and the paint around it that was literally falling apart, in addition to addressing all the things they said we had damaged. They accepted that the door was indeed falling apart, and refunded us another 100 and something euros more, but even so, they kept over 1000 euros of the deposit. They charged us to paint the entire apartment, even though when we entered, the apartment was full of stains, it wasn't freshly painted, and there was mold/moisture in the bathroom (we have it in the photos we sent when entering the apartment). They charged us to change the shower faucet when it was in very poor condition (again, we have it in the photos). They rely on the fact that most people won't pursue them in court because people have their lives and other things to do than chase down scammers and go through all the bureaucracy (especially being foreigners makes it harder). They know this and take advantage of it to make free repairs on the houses, with the money from the deposits of poor people who believe their deposit will be returned because they have photos showing the actual condition of the apartment. I reported them to OCU (consumer association) and OCU already had a record of Fincas Teixidor in the system. This means someone has reported them before. Unfortunately, OCU cannot do much in cases of contracts between private parties and properties. PLEASE, READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE SIGNING WITH THEM!!!!

Fantastic experience: I returned the keys a month ago, and I have already received the deposit back, they only withheld some utility bills for electricity and water. The reception girl, a certain Ariadna, was very nice and attentive. I thought that since I had left the walls a bit damaged, I wasn't going to get the deposit back, but everything was fine.
