Negative experience: He alquilado un piso, si se puede llamar así, que tenía esta Inmobiliaria en la web el 7 de junio de 2023 en una azotea de un edificio muy antiguo en Cádiz sin reformar . El verano fué como un horno y cuando lo dejé en febrero de 2025 con las lluvias y humedad que hacía, parecía un congelador y lleno de humedades. La pintura se desconchaba se cayó un trozo de yeso del techo que gracias a Dios no me dañó. La salida de humos de la campana extractora iba por un ventanuco muy pequeño del baño que estaba abierto y por el que entraban cucarachas y salamanquesas. Salí el 28 de de febrero de 2025 dejándolo limpio, sin desperfectos ni impagos. Sigo esperando por los justificantes de porque no me devuelven la fianza ya que escuché en el audio que me mandó Escarlata que así se lo iban a pedir a la propiedad desde el 30 de abril. Ha pasado casi un mes y no me llama nadie.
