Negative experience: Actualmente estoy en una batalla legal para recuperar el depósito. Esta agencia lleva dos años intentando estafarme: me abandonaron cuando literalmente me caía agua en la cabeza por una filtraciòn, tenía termitas en mi casa y en general no ayudaba con ningún problema de mantenimiento importante según el contrato. Por favor, evítenla a toda costa!!

Negative experience: M' estic trobant amb un administrador que em discrimina a fi d'afavorir els interessos d'uns pocs propietaris que aprofiten l'absentisme dels altres per a fer-se amb els espais comunitaris. Li he reclamat en diverses ocasions la rectificació de la darrera acta perquè no s'ajusta al que vaig dir i no he rebut cap resposta. També li he reclamat en diverses ocasions que m'envii un informe tècnic (que suposo que ja fa setmanes que han rebut la resta de propietaris, perquè la seva obligació era d'enviar-lo) que s'ha demanat a fi de comprovar l'origen d'unes patologies que han aparegut a la finca, i encara l'espero. El cas omís que fa als meus requeriments dona la talla de la seva professionalitat.

Negative experience: INQUILINOS Y PROPIETARIOS tened mucho cuidado con ellos, no informan de los problemas que hay en las propiedades ni ayudan para arreglarlos, literalmente desaparecen, además alquilan propiedades que están en proceso de subasta sin informar ni avisar, engañándote diciéndote que la propiedad es muy mayor o muy enferma, todo es mentira, además no te devuelven la fianza, ni te contestan, esperan a que te agotes, si podéis alquilad en otra inmobiliaria, porque con ellos estáis perdidos. Mucha solera, muchas ínfulas y muy poca profesionalidad, son unos estafadores. Jamás en mi vida me he encontrado con gente asi y he trabajado 25 AÑOS en el sector inmobiliario.

Negative experience: Llevo años teniendo puesto un local en venta, en esta inmobiliaria, y a parte de no realizar visitar ni hacer ninguna gestión aparente ni informar de nada absolutamente, el comercial joan, pide una serie de documentos para justificar su trabajo, 1 vez al año te escribe al wasap para que se "vea" que hace algo.... en fin, incompetencia pura y dura, la gestión pésima, no recomiendo esta inmobiliaria a nadie, aqui teneis vuestra merecia reseña, gracias joan por tus servicios! Chao!

Negative experience: Pésimo servicio, falta de respeto total, juegan con el tiempo de la gente, nos hicieron ir a ver un piso un día viernes 27/12, al llegar al piso el Señor Guillermo nos comunica que no tenían la llave del piso, cosa que sabían con anterioridad y no nos lo avisaron para no ir hasta el piso en vano. Hoy, 31/12 nos llamaron para acordar otra cita el dia de hoy a las 17 horas , llegamos 17:06 minutos y no había nadie, ni nos llamaron ni nos respondieron ninguna de nuestras llamadas.

The experience with F.R. has been frankly AMAZING, in EVERYTHING. Rigor, seriousness, diligence in attending to my emails regarding the various technical incidents of the property. I always receive almost immediate responses from Sandra. On the other hand, years ago they handled the procedures with the city council to carry out the ITE (Technical Building Report), and later, once the contributions to cover the budget for correcting the deficiencies (detected in the ITE) were satisfied, they coordinated with the architect for the execution of the works, which were carried out with total professionalism. Negative experience: The worst 'property management' company I have ever known. They are shameless, please if you still have time, DO NOT sign any contract with them!!! You will regret it, I assure you, and I'm not the only one saying this, there are thousands of reviews like mine that corroborate it. We rented a very nice apartment in August 2023, it promised a lot, it had some things to fix and they told us they would do it, the rent was quite high (€925 for 50m2 without a balcony and with nothing) but since they promised that they would fix what was missing, we decided to trust: MISTAKE! We entered the apartment and it was a complete disaster, the dishwasher was broken and unusable, the air conditioning theoretically worked and was installed but only the control panel was missing, which was coming from China and would take at most 3 months to arrive (obviously it didn't take 3 months, but more), the door lock was shattered and the intercom didn't work either. They forgot to mention that there had been some squatters in the apartment before and that they had left everything destroyed, we found out later from the neighbors. After insisting by email countless times, we had to show up in person at their offices for them to deign to respond to us. We managed to get a technician to come after months of not hearing anything, he checked everything that needed to be changed and we had to wait a few more months... It was eternal. Finally, they changed the dishwasher; it's the only thing we managed to get them to do for themselves. The intercom?? We had to figure it out ourselves and pay for it out of our own pocket in advance, then fortunately they deducted what we had paid from the rent, but because we told them, don't think they took the initiative. Then we moved on to the ODYSSEY of the air conditioning... oh my God... after HALF A YEAR that it was supposed that the part was already ordered and on its way from China, we showed up again at their offices (since obviously they didn't deign to respond to a single email) to be surprised that THEY HAD NOT ORDERED ANYTHING! I mean, they didn’t care at all, they hadn't ordered the part and not only that, they hadn’t even bothered to look for it. We had to be the ones who searched and found the part on our own, we sent them the reference of said part and they bought it. The part arrived, and the technician came to install it, it seemed like our worst nightmares were going to end, but surprise: The air didn't heat, it turned on but neither cooled nor heated, they told us it was probably a leak in some duct. We waited MONTHS until technicians from who knows how many different companies came multiple times to check the damn air. They told us a thousand things, they themselves couldn’t clarify, at first the error was a leak, then it was the air itself, then it was the unit above, then the air but it could be repaired but a liquid nitrogen test had to be done (obviously between them telling us it was one thing or another, a different technician would come and months went by between each visit). When they finally clarified it (they told us it was a faulty unit and it was unrepairable) the owner goes and with a straight face tells us: 'It's too expensive and I can't afford it, can I offer you a ceiling fan and a portable heater instead?' In short, incredible. We had to SUE them through lawyers to get them to install the damn air conditioning, and after A WHOLE YEAR, we finally had air conditioning. A WHOLE YEAR paying for something we didn’t have, obviously, they haven’t refunded us a single euro, but the best part doesn't end here, the best part is that now they have raised the rent, with all their gall, and guess what?? For that, they were quick and efficient.... What a shame, it's a shame, I don’t know how this deplorable company calls itself a 'property management' company when they can’t even manage a miserable rental... Please, FLEE from these properties.

Negative experience: We rented an apartment that they were managing and the experience couldn't have been worse... We had issues in the apartment and they didn't pay any attention to our emails or calls. Along with the apartment, we rented a parking space that we couldn't access for a month because the remote didn't work and the only solution they gave us was to talk to the president of the community. We left the apartment in December and they continued to charge us for utilities until March, when we finally managed to get our entire deposit back. Every call we made had the same responses; they seemed like robots... We are very dissatisfied, to be honest, we had never had an experience like this...

Negative experience: I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but in this case I feel compelled to warn others about the practices of this real estate agency. I agree with most of the bad reviews left by others; I have experienced it myself. I rented an apartment managed by Finques Rodes for several years. Despite keeping the apartment in good condition, I faced significant difficulties during the termination of my contract, related to changing utilities, returning my deposit, and some repair charges. After leaving the apartment, the process of changing the utilities and returning the deposit was long and complicated. They had no urgency despite the law stipulating a 30-day deadline for the return. It took me several months and numerous emails to get responses, many of which included excuses or evasions like 'people are on vacation' or that they would settle the final accounts 'as soon as possible'. Finally, they returned the rest of my deposit, which was unexpectedly reduced due to repair charges that I considered unjustified, after four months! I recommend future tenants make it very clear about the 30-day deadline for the apartment inspection and return of the deposit on the day of key handover. In my experience, the delays and excuses they give prolong this process, so it’s vital to be proactive and firm with them. In conclusion, my experience with this real estate agency was a headache, and I advise caution to those considering renting from them.

Negative experience: Having rented apartments with real estate agencies since 2010, this is the worst without a doubt. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t provide any solutions to problems, they don’t notify you of important changes (when it’s their responsibility), they ignore any issues, and most importantly, they act as if everything 'is fine,' never acknowledging their terrible management of everything and they don’t apologize. A real disaster, honestly, if you want to rent/buy through them, think twice, it’s a true odyssey in every sense.

Negative experience: They are a shame of a real estate agency. You only need to look at the reviews to discover them. We have filed a complaint. You can't deceive people like that just because. We were unfortunate enough to come across this company. We didn’t even sign our lease with them; the property changed management and upon leaving the apartment, they claim there are some damages... they don’t specify what exactly and send us a settlement with expenses they just made up. They notify us about all this after the deposit return deadline has passed... we had to call a thousand times to talk with Mr. P.P., the dreadful manager, and demand our deposit back. He confuses you as if he had no information about what is happening..... the apartment is in perfect condition, in fact, it is even better than when we got it. If you have any problem with them, do not hesitate to report them. We apparently are not the only ones.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this real estate agency, I am dissatisfied with the service provided. Negative experience: Absoluta manca de transparència en les seves gestions quan les fan perquè acostumen a delegar-les al president o presidenta o algun veí que s'ofereix a fer les gestions. No volen donar-nos còpia de les factures que ens carreguen al compte. No contesten els correus quan et queixes.

Negative experience: Es una agencia que cobra muy rapido y devuelve muy lento. Te venden una moto que no tienen. El piso que nos alquilaron al principio muy bonito,hasta que aparecieron las plagas de cucarachas,humedades..... Se desentienden de todo y tienes que estar detras de ellos sin darte soluciones. Negative experience: LADRONES!! cobran un dineral y luego se desentienden de ti y de cualquier problema que puedas tener, cuando algo se estropea te lo intentan cobrar!! Después de esta mala experiencia cuando dejas el piso lo revisan y todo esta bien se quedan con tus 1000€ de fianza durante meses y meses

Negative experience: No devuelven la fianza, a pesar de que la inspección fue buena. Después de más de dos meses de no devolver llamadas telefónicas y correos electrónicos (salvo una excusa ocasional), de repente afirman que las persianas necesitan ser arregladas. Nunca tuvimos problemas con las persianas. ¡Y ahora ya no estamos allí para echar un vistazo! (Siempre son educados, y aquí cortésmente dirán que lamentan que no estemos felices, pondrán más excusas sobre las vacaciones ...)

Negative experience: NO CUMPLEN con el contrato No nos devuelven la fianza desde hace 2 meses, el contrato dice claramente que tienen que pagar en 30 días. Después de tener muchas conversaciones con la engargadora sin solución un email a la gerencia quedó sin respuesta. Intentan conseguir tiempo diciendo que "nuestro comercial estaba de vacaciones y no pudo revisar detenidamente el apartamento" (por cierto, yo estaba allí con él así que lo revisó claramente) o diciendo que "hay algunos desperfectos y todavía estamos esperando a ver si es culpa suya". Tuvimos un viejo termo que explotó (el tipo que trajo el nuevo termo dijo que había que cambiarlo después de 10 años, el nuestro tenía 14 años. Está claro que no hacen el mantenimiento adecuado) y todo el apartamento se llenó de agua (150lt al toce). Por lo tanto, las puertas de madera y los muebles se dañaron, incluyendo el tapón de la puerta que causó un agujero en la pared cuando el nuevo termo fue entregado. Lo curioso es que eso ocurrió el 15 de marzo. Hasta que nos mudamos 4 meses después no fueron capaces de arreglar las cosas. El termo ha sido cambiado en una semana pero todos los desperfectos se han quedado ahí y 6 personas diferentes estuvieron a punto de "ver los desperfectos y luego reenviarlos" Parece que intentaron encontrar el más barato para arreglarlo y conseguir ofertas de diferentes sitios. A pesar de que se trata de un caso de seguro. Me han advertido muchas veces sobre las agencias inmobiliarias en España y realmente pensé que finques rodes ellos si eran diferentes. Aparentemente no. La única manera parece ser la vía legal para que cumplen sus obligaciones.

Negative experience: NO SON NADA PROFESIONALES. Una vez visto el piso y enviándoles la documentación ese mismo día, el comercial tardó 1 semana en contestar, habiéndoles enviado nóminas, vida laboral y datos personales. Ni llamándolo, ni Whatsapp ni email... para después decirme que finalmente no lo alquilaban por asuntos personales.... en todo ese tiempo, el piso ha seguido publicado en diversas APP y posiblemente, habrán seguido mostrándolo. Después de leer las reseñas negativas publicadas.... me alegro de no haber realizado ningún trato con ellos. No son nada serios y no dan ningún tipo de confianza, ya que aun no me han notificado que han eliminado todos los datos personales y privados de sus base de datos. Una vergüenza que hayan empresas así....

Negative experience: NO RECOMENDADO y totalmente falta de profesionalidad, educación, respeto y compromiso!! Anuncian un piso con un precio y cuando lo reservas, tardan 2 semanas en darte la conformidad mientras siguen enseñándolo en las webs de alquileres; a las 2 semanas, me dicen que aumentan el precio del alquiler mensual habiéndolo reservado con un precio inferior (que era el precio que estaba en la web). TOTALMENTE IMPRESENTABLES, SIN COMPROMISO Y CON UNA FALTA DE RESPETO Y DESFACHATEZ INCREIBLE!! No se merecen ni una estrella.....

Negative experience: ESTAFADORES!!!!!!!!!!!!! No nos devuelven la fianza aún habiendo firmado que todo está bien. Nos ponen de excusa que hay una persona de baja y llevamos un mes y 20 días esperando la fianza. Durante un año que nos pasamos en el piso tuvimos cucharachas, humedades, etc... algunos de los problemas ni los han resuelto otros han tardado un mes y medio teniendo que salir de nuestra casa.

Negative experience: Trato pésimo, por teléfono después de varias llamadas, donde no se escuchaba lo que decía. Tras informarle de ello se lo tomo como una broma y colgó. La comunicación por Whatsapp se quedó en espera de algún tipo de comunicación ya sea whassap o teléfono para poder concertar una visita o obtener mas información para poder hacerla, cosa que nunca llegó

Negative experience: La peor atención jamás recibida. Parece mentira que siendo profesionales, atiendan tan pésimamente mal.

Negative experience: La peor experiencia que he tenido con una agencia inmobiliaria en España. Desde el primer momento de nuestra mudanza, al piso en alquiler, hubo problemas; entregaron el inmueble totalmente sucio después de la obra de reforma (incluso aves muertas en la salida de humos). Luego de notificar que la puerta de entrada al edificio no brindaba la suficiente seguridad; 3 familias okupas entraron a vivir al edificio (ubicado en la calle Radas); no obstante, todos los años aumentaban el canon de arrendamiento a pesar de la depreciación del inmueble que administraban. La comunicación, a través de su intermediación, con la propietaria fue básicamente nula; tuvimos que contactar directamente a la propietaria quien no estaba al tanto de ninguno de los problemas que se habían comunicado a la inmobiliaria; Obviamente, nada fue tramitado ni resuelto. Tuvimos que cambiarnos del piso antes de la finalización del contrato por cuanto no soportábamos tanta ineptitud e inobservancia ante los múltiples problemas que se suscitaron en el inmueble. Por si no fuera poco, luego de 5 meses de haber finalizado mi contrato, se siguen cargando a mi cuenta cobros de servicios ya que no han realizado los cambios de titularidad.

Negative experience: 0 profesionalidad: quedamos a última hora para ver un piso y en vez del comercial con el que hemos quedado, nos manda a su mujer que tiene 0 idea de pisos, de vender y no sabe nada del piso ni de la finca. La señora en cuestión llega 15min tarde, sin avisar. Piso en fatal estado, agujeros en todas las paredes, pintura desconchada, la escalera huele s marihuana (no era un piso barato precisamente). Le preguntamos por estos temas y escurre el bulto, diciendo que no huele a marihuana ni diciendo nada del mal estado del piso. Hemos huido rápido de estos mafiosos, si la venta es así imagina cómo será cuando tengan tu dinero y no les importes.

Negative experience: Una vergüenza y profesionalidad 0! Si no llegas a la hora porque hay trafico y/o porque vienes de fuera de bcn te vas a encontrar que el que enseña el piso se a ido! Negative experience: Cuando me fui del piso me hicieron firmar un documento que permitía al propietario retener la fianza hasta que él revisase personalmente el piso. Después de dos meses de reclamar la devolución de la fianza, me dicen que el propietario ha cambiado el calentador y la ducha, y que estos gastos corren a mi costa, más de 600€ (cuando me fui del piso el calentador funcionaba y la ducha no presentaba ningún problema) No es un caso aislado, a otros tres ex-vecinos también se les ha hecho la misma maniobra. Negative experience: My advice for tennants is to be very careful with this company. When we left the apartment, we had paid all the bills and Finques Rodés agreed to switch them into their name. However, they didn't do that which meant we kept receiving bills. It took at around two months to resolve the problems. Suddenly, eight months after leaving, we have received another demand for payment from Endesa for the period of two months after we had left the apartment. They had the simple task of switching the accounts of the amenities and they were unable to even do that. Unbelievable.
