Negative experience: En el sector son lo más IMPRESENTABLE, IRRESPONSABLES, INEPTOS Y POCO PROFESIONALES. No lo recomiendo a nadie. Eviten está empresa. Tardanzas, excusas, etc, etc. Siempre por mi experiencia a lo que se refiere a la ADMINISTRACIÓN DE FINCAS. Menos mal que no se han dedicado a la medicina....

Nos extraña mucho su desafortunado comentario y más aún el tono y las palabras empleadas.
El lunes pasado nos comunicamos telefónicamente con su esposa para aclarar sus dudas y la conversación fue muy correcta y educada. Sin embargo, nos encontramos con esta ofensiva reseña que no podemos aceptar de ningún modo.
Como ya les dijimos telefónicamente, en la pasada junta ordinaria de la comunidad se trató el presupuesto anual ordinario y se explicó el motivo que implicaba el incremento del mismo, que no era otro que las reparaciones del ascensor. Dicho presupuesto se aprobó en dicha junta ordinaria tras darse las explicaciones pertinentes por parte del responsable de la comunidad, y en consecuencia se han aplicado las cuotas resultantes del mismo. Como Ud. bien sabe, recientemente le hemos enviado un correo explicándole de forma pormenorizada el detalle de los costes del ascensor que han generado dicho incremento presupuestario, adjuntándole los presupuestos y las facturas correspondientes.
El compromiso con nuestros clientes está fuera de toda duda y hablando de experiencia pueden comprobar que hay muy pocos Administradores de Fincas que estén a punto de cumplir 100 años en activo gestionando todo tipo de incidencias. Ninguna empresa se mantiene tanto tiempo en este complejo sector sin tener una actitud profesional, honrada y responsable con sus administrados.

Fantastic experience: Buenos días, pues lo único que tengo que decir de ellos que me sorprendió, porque normalmente inmobiliarias tiran bastante para su terreno en este caso, pudo contentar a ambas partes, yo ( que iba con Broker ) el cual no me solucionó nada al contrario ponerme problemas, José de donell se encargó de arreglar todo … mi Broker nos dejaba un mes sin piso con una niña pequeña y embarazada y José pudo solucionarlo, para todas las dudas podía llamarle a él y eso la verdad que me hacía sentirme bien, ya que con mi Broker no podía ya que no me contestaba o me ocultaba información…. Resumiendo si lo hubiera sabido lo hubiera echo todo con ellos desde el primer momento y en otras ocasiones lo haré sin duda la verdad, gracias José por todo espero que vaya todo genial gracias

Negative experience: 0 transparècia amb els comptes de la comunitat, no responen emails, pugen quotes segons els sembla i de manera injustificada, sobrecàrregs de més de 500€ anuals per anomalies amb les factures elèctriques que ni tan sols revisen, etc. Busqueu-vos qualsevol altra empresa perquè us administri la comunitat de veïns, aquests són lamentables.
Sr. Valls, no és cert el que diu. Els comptes de les comunitats que gestionem són accessibles per tots els administrats, amb una total transparència a través de la nostra pàgina web. L'augment de quotes no el decidim mai nosaltres sino que s'aprova en la Junta Ordinària de propietaris amb els vots dels assistents. Enviem a tots els administrats les convocatòries amb l'ordre del dia i els temes a tractar en les reunions. En totes les reunions l'oficial responsable de la finca està sempre a la disposició de les consultes de tots els reunits, a més de que se'l pot trucar quan es desitgi o se li pot enviar un correu electrònic. Posteriorment a la junta informem dels acords mitjançant l'acta de la reunió, que s'envia de nou a tots els propietaris. La nostra transparència és total. Si té alguna consulta o aclariment que fer-nos, pot sol·licitar cita i venir a la nostra oficina on l'atendrem amb molt de gust i li donarem totes les explicacions necessàries. És el nostre deure com a administradors i així ens agrada treballar. Salutacions.
Negative experience: He llamado para saber por un inmueble y me han cerrado la llamada sin poder explicarme mejor. Entiendo que las llamadas están a tope por la gran demanda pero somos humanos y sobretodo es un servicio vital el que ofrecen y es el de facilitar el alquiler de una vivienda segura. Me parece fatal que el servicio al cliente se olvide de esto.
Estefania, lamentamos su comentario y le pedimos disculpas si su experiencia con nosotros no ha sido satisfactoria. Somos muy conscientes de lo difícil que es actualmente acceder a un piso de alquiler en Barcelona, del estrés y las decepciones que ello supone. Como no puede ser de otra manera intentamos atender con el debido respeto y profesionalidad a todas las personas que contactan con nosotros. Nunca olvidamos esto.
Sin que sirva de excusa, durante el periodo en que el piso estuvo publicado el viernes (desde las 10:27 h. a las 12:23 h.) recibimos 199 llamadas y 289 mails para visitarlo... además de las llamadas por otros inmuebles de venta o alquiler y otras por gestiones derivadas de nuestro trabajo... A este lado de la línea también somos humanos y este volumen de contactos también puede afectar nuestro trabajo. Esperamos su comprensión. Saludos

Sr. Lizandra queixar-se del nostre treball en general és una cosa que no podem solucionar si no concreta més la informació. Com administrat nostre pot posar-se en contacte amb nosaltres per telèfon, mail o venint directament a les nostres oficines per a exposar el seu problema. Fantastic experience: I had a leaking issue in a commercial space of a property owned by Carbonell. The girls I spoke with (Celia Izquierdo and Gloria Bargalló) were very helpful in managing the claim with the community insurance (which was not as effective as they were).

Fantastic experience: After years of renting in Barcelona, this is the agency with which I have had the best experience. They helped me with every step and managed the rental contract quickly; everything was fast, clear, easy, and perfect. During the rental, they were there for every problem. And most importantly, I have always had issues when leaving the flat. When you rent, it’s easier to receive good service, but not when you leave, usually due to the time it takes to get your deposit back, changing the bills so they are no longer in your name, or not responding to you. But with them, they made the whole process of leaving the flat easy and fast; the return of the deposit was done in no time, and they were always there with excellent service. I truly want to say thank you for everything! Especially to Montse for her attention. Don't hesitate to rent with them, really!

Fantastic experience: I am very satisfied with this real estate agency. I rented a month ago and from the beginning, I felt very comfortable dealing with them. They seemed super professional and made everything very easy. When I started living in the apartment, I found some small things broken or not working well (for example, plug sockets, the toilet tank was leaking... simple things since the apartment is generally in very good condition). I notified them and they did not take long to respond and send someone to fix everything. Very happy with them! Totally recommendable.

Negative experience: Pongo una estrella por que no se puede menos. Me he sentido estafado después de tratar con esta empresa. Un autentico desastre. No solucionan nada, comunicación pesima. Me encontre el piso sucio, con los pomos de las puertas sueltos que te quedabas con ellos en las manos (y encerrado dentro de las habitaciones), una vitrocerámica rota, etc. Y tienen la poca vergüenza después de varios años detrás de ellos para que se solucionarán los muchos problemas con los que me encontré de intentar descontarmelo de la fianza que han tardado casi 4 meses en devolver. Una vergüenza! Respuesta a vuestro mensaje: El piso estaba en la calle Nápoles 234 así que buscar mejor en vuestra base de datos, fui yo mismo a firmar en vuestra oficina de Carrer Aribau, no pienso quitar la reseña y espero que sirva para que más personas no pasen por lo que me hicisteis pasar a mí. Saludos
