Negative experience: Muy antipáticos y poco empáticos. No me gusta como gestionan, poca profesionalidad y su trato es muy desagradable. La empatía y la amabilidad es lo primero para gestionar y tratar con un cliente.

Negative experience: Una de las peores experiencias que he tenido con una inmobiliaria. Finques Perramon demuestra una falta total de seriedad y transparencia. Después de firmar una reserva y pagar la señal, me enviaron un contrato lleno de cláusulas ocultas y abusivas, muchas de ellas ni mencionadas en la reserva y contrarias a la ley (penalizaciones desproporcionadas, gastos injustificados e ilegales, seguros obligatorios, etc.) Al solicitar cambios en el contrato accedieron a devolverme el dinero, lo cual deja en evidencia que sabían que el contrato iba en contra de la ley. Sin embargo, me quedé sin piso y con días perdidos por su manera de operar. Si valoras tu tiempo y tu tranquilidad, evita tratar con esta agencia. Su falta de transparencia puede dejarte atrapado en condiciones injustas e ilegales.

Fantastic experience: Durante años han llevado el alquiler de la vivienda sin incidencias y apoyo ante cualquier duda y en la posterior venta de dicha vivienda han realizado todas las gestiones con máxima diligencia.

Negative experience: Carrer de l’Alzina 48. 2,2. Inquilina. Es necesario y justo advertir a cualquier persona - propietarios e inquilinos- que trabajar con esta agencia es una experiencia terrible. Piensas que encontraste un piso, un lugar donde vivir con tranquilidad, y TODO se desmorona con estas personas. Desde el primer día, el agua no funcionaba correctamente. He pasado los dos primeros meses del alquiler duchándome con agua fría en pleno invierno. ¿Quién está gestionando realmente el piso? ¿A quién le están pagando los propietarios? Esta agencia firma el contrato y desaparece. Luego, lo único que hace es cargarte a ti, el inquilino, con las responsabilidades de un piso que ya estaba en malas condiciones. He tenido que arreglar humedades, cisternas antiguas, caños rotos. El piso incluso se inundó, y ni la agencia ni el seguro que ellos mismos te obligan a contratar se hicieron cargo. Este seguro parece estar en complicidad con la agencia: no ayudan, no responden, y sí, están en constante comunicación entre ellos para desentenderse. Además de estar enfrentando las adversidades normales de la vida, tienes que luchar en tu propio hogar, con una agencia que en vez de ayudarte te maltrata. Estoy transitando un embarazo, y aun así me han tratado con una falta total de empatía y sensibilidad, exigiéndome cosas absurdas, pese a mi situación vulnerable. Pedí reiteradas veces hablar directamente con el propietario para poder encontrar soluciones reales, y nunca me lo permitieron. La agencia actúa como una barrera, controlando la comunicación, mientras deja que los problemas se acumulen sin resolverse, al menos que lo hagas tú (un piso inundado y que no para de salir agua). Las personas encargadas son dos mujeres ya mayores, Marta Pizarro y Ruth Peiró, que pense a suponer que su experiencia o el hecho de haber vivido muchos años, les ha generado o algun tipo de valor humano o empatía, cuando aparecen, es para enviarte correos cargados de desprecio, arrogancia y cero humanidad. Escriben mails larguísimos y agresivos, como si creyeran que eres ignorante y no conoces la ley. No ayudan, no solucionan, solo entorpecen y quieren trasmitirte la agustia que llevan dentro. Tienen mucho tiempo libre a juzgar por la cantidad y longitud de sus mails, pero ninguna voluntad real de hacer su trabajo. Realmente se sienten buenas personas trabajando así? Sienten que su vida es productiva trabajando de esta manera y siendo tan malas personas y cobardes, detrás de un ordenador y actuando de mala fe? He gastado muchísimo dinero reparando un inmueble que no debería haber estado en esas condiciones. Lo peor es que piensas que conseguiste un hogar, y termina siendo una pesadilla constante. Incluso los técnicos que venían a arreglar cosas me contaban que en la oficina hablaban mal de mí, que me llamaban “la pesada”. Todo esto mientras me duchaba con agua helada y con una caldera rota. Tengo todos los comprobantes. Si alguien más necesita ayuda o está pasando por una situación similar con esta agencia, quiero que sepa que no está solo/a. Mi consejo: no os conformeis con algo que parece bien a primera vista. Espera. Es preferible tomarse un poco más de tiempo y encontrar algo bueno, antes que terminar en una situación como esta.

Negative experience: Avoid working with this agency, especially with Joan Perramon. In 2018, we rented a place through them. After spending €350,000 on renovations, we left that amount of money in a property that isn’t even worth that much. In 2019, as everyone knows, the COVID pandemic hit, and the most affected were those in the hospitality sector. We had to face rents, employee payments, ERTEs, and a thousand other expenses, all without making any income. The agency never offered us an adequate reduction. They tried to take away the restaurant from us when we went through a couple of difficult months, but in the end, we managed to get through it, thanks to a lawyer who intervened and helped us with the issue. After finishing the renovations in 2019, we started to notice dampness in the place. Every time it rained, we had to close the business because everything would flood. This lasted four years. The agency, instead of taking responsibility, told us that as tenants, we should talk to the building administrators or the president. However, the building representatives told us that it should be the owners who would make a claim. This went on for four years, until we finally decided to solve the problem ourselves. We discovered that the cause was a pipe draining water from a roof above our kitchen. During those four years, we closed the business every time it rained, which forced us to discard part of the restaurant due to the damages. We ended up spending an additional €50,000 on renovations to fix everything and leave it in good condition. While we were finishing those works, the community informed us that they wanted to intervene in our premises to carry out beam repairs, just like in the whole building. Nobody from the agency warned us about this; the community representatives simply showed up unexpectedly. As tenants, we received no notice from the owners until the end. I told them they could do it at that time since we were renovating, and I preferred them to start as soon as possible. This was in October 2023. They knew that the place required quite a bit of work, especially since the ceilings were soundproofed. I asked them to start with our place so we wouldn’t have to open and close the business repeatedly. Supposedly, the work was supposed to take a week for each floor and place, but they decided to start with the floors and didn’t enter our premises until nine months later. During that entire time, we kept the place closed, waiting for confirmation of dates for the beam reinforcements to begin. Obviously, we stopped paying the rent to try to negotiate a grace period or some solution. However, Joan Perramon decided to send us an eviction notice without any prior warning in September 2024. It was our lawyer who informed us that Joan had made that decision and that they already had an eviction date. Never work with FINQUES PERRAMON.

They didn't even bother to come and receive it. We were told to leave the keys in the mailbox. That they would contact us. Be very careful with these people. They do not respond.
