Positive experience: La atención en Finques Cebrian fue correcta pero sin mucho entusiasmo. Respondieron a mis preguntas, aunque no siempre de forma rápida. Las opciones que me ofrecieron eran limitadas y no muy atractivas. No fue una mala experiencia, pero esperaba un poco más.

So let everyone know that Fincas Cebrian puts up discriminatory and illegal ads. Where is the Generalitat to give them a good inspection? This would also be a matter for the courts, but well....

Negative experience: Alquilé un piso en esta inmobiliaria (en Alella), pagué la fianza y los honorarios de la inmobiliaria puesto que se hacen cargo de el cambio de nombre de los suministros, pues bien al año me voy, cumpliendo todos mis pagos , al mes siguiente me siguen llegando cargos...yo me voy en febrero, en Junio decido no pagar mas, pues bien 2 años despues siguen sin resolverlo e incluso me racanean la baja de un servicio, tan solo acuerdan hacer ingreso cuando les comento que miren los recibos que he pagado de mas, o que que igual tengo que hacer denuncia Una verguenza, si esto es para um alquiler no se lo que debera ser comprar un inmueble
