Negative experience: Una inmobiliaria sin ética ninguna. Hablamos de que sería la primera persona en visitar un piso. Dos días antes contacto, porque no lo hacían, y me dice que el día antes que yo hay cita concertada. Como ella sabía que estaba fuera pues me dijo que es que tenía que empezar a enseñarlo, entonces le dimos la opción de que nos diera más información y nos lo quedábamos sin verlo, a partir de ahí todo fueron excusas para no adelantarnos. Incluso que no quería vendernos nada sin verlo, cosa que a ella le debería de no importar puesto que es mi dinero. Después de la venta a la otra persona hace que la compañera me llame y me dice que es que le daría “apuro” que la otra persona no se lo quedase porque había puesto mucho interés. En resumen, palabra y compromiso ninguno y ética inmobiliaria menos.

Negative experience: Trato de vergüenza. Le tuve que colgar y no contratar con ellos por la falta de respeto absoluta que muestran. Trato déspota y mal educado parecía que pretendía en todo momento discutir. No lo aconsejo en absoluto hay muchísimas inmobiliarias en Cadiz cómo para perder el tiempo.

Negative experience: La atención por parte de la inmobiliaria deja mucho que desear, intentan lavarse las manos ante cualquier posible problema previamente comunicado e insisten en que la culpa recae por parte del arrendatario, independientemente del problema. Por otra parte, el trato que hemos recibido ha sido pésimo, llegando incluso a vejaciones por la parte contraria a nosotros. Considero que una inmobiliaria está para atender, asesorar de forma imparcial y mediar entre arrendador y arrendatario, para eso se abonan unos honorarios al inicio, para cubrir todas estas necesidades. Sin embargo, como he dicho antes, el trato ha sido nefasto, cosa que me deja un muy mal sabor de boca en mi experiencia en Cádiz. Qué lástima que con lo bonita que es la ciudad se ensucie de esta manera con gente así.

I have never had such troublesome tenants in my life. They were not only rude and arrogant, but they also only understood what suited them. Everything they mentioned about the window, toilet tank, and water heater was fixed as soon as the insurance provided solutions. They expected me to return the full deposit without verifying all the appliances and without having received the last utility bills for electricity and water. I find it amusing that they mentioned cash payment because it was the only way they would pay on time, as they always complained that their bank took longer than usual to transfer the money. Even with all this, foolishly, I accepted that they could leave a month early and return the deposit even though I shouldn't have. Now I regret being a good person. It is also a shame that they discredit a company like Inmasur. I have worked with them my whole life and I have not a single complaint. I hope Elisabeth's experience was traumatic enough for her not to return to Cádiz; such undesirable people are not welcome in the silver cup.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with the services provided by Inma and her associated business. My partner and I moved into an apartment under her management in September 2023, and from the very beginning, the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, Inma incessantly bombarded us with WhatsApp messages, pressuring us to sign the lease immediately despite our agreed-upon 24-hour decision period. Her disregard for our agreement and relentless harassment raised immediate red flags. Unfortunately, due to our urgent need for housing in Spain and our comparatively better impression of the landlord, we proceeded with the lease. Upon moving in, we encountered numerous significant issues. A window was broken, the toilet flush was non-functional, and the water boiler was leaking. Despite our repeated complaints, neither the landlord nor Inma took any responsibility or action to resolve these problems. Instead, the landlord responded with hostile messages via WhatsApp, further exacerbating the situation and making communication extremely uncomfortable. Our attempts to move out were equally distressing. Inma and the landlord demanded rent payments in cash, a highly suspicious and unprofessional request. Ultimately, we managed to secure an early termination of the lease by one month, but the ordeal was far from over. During the key handover, Inma behaved with extreme unprofessionalism, making racist remarks about our imperfect Spanish and refusing to acknowledge the apartment's condition to facilitate the return of our deposit. The landlord's absence only added to the unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. Following our return home, retrieving our deposit became an arduous process, taking weeks of negotiations to recover only a portion of it. This entire experience has been a complete nightmare. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Inma to reconsider. Our international friends have had far superior experiences with their landlords, securing well-maintained apartments at comparable or lower costs. Inma's conduct and the overall management of the property were unprofessional, unethical, and highly distressing.

Negative experience: At first, the service was good, I have to say, it solved some problems we had in the rented apartment, but as time went on, they started to ignore the issues that kept arising and redirected us to the owner (who wasn't even in the country). When we arrived at the property, there were quite a few belongings left by the owners of the apartment, who had left a day before we moved in, and among other things, they had left traces of having 'painted' some parts of the apartment, like the painter's tape stuck to the walls. Also, in the ceiling of two rooms and in the hallway, there were holes, exposing the gap between the ceiling and the false ceiling (Inma did take care of this). To top it off, they took nearly two months to return part of the security deposit. And like these, more details that made it clear to both me and my colleagues (and I’m sure to more people) their lack of professionalism and arrogance in some cases. Not recommended, especially if you are a student.

No miraba por los intereses ni de la vendedora, ni de la inquilina, ni por supuesto de mis intereses. Además, muy difícilmente consigues un trato profesional y correcto. Oficina cerrada, difícil e informal. El contrato que nos facilitó fue pésimo: mal redactado, sin orden, sin formato, sin las cláusulas.... Como positivo, sólo decir que el trato es "familiar".
