Fantastic experience: Molt professionals i atencio al detall des del primer dia, per a qualsevol dubte ens han ates immediatement i han vingut a l'apartament rapidament per assegurar que tot estava be.

Negative experience: Alquilamos un apartamento por más de 1.300 euros una semana, pero por el precio que tenía, los servicios no los he encontrado correctos, y eso que estamos acostumbrados a estar campings con tiendas y somos creo bastante minimalistas. No tenía aire acondicionado, las habitaciones interiores no tenían ninguna ventilación, los ventiladores no daban aire, funcionaban fatal, dos camas eran como de juguete, mal montadas y muy bajitas. Dormías casi en el suelo, pero de lado porque había una pata más larga que la otra. El calentador o te duchabas con agua quemando o fría. Tenía un colgador roto en el patio interior, y con un tendedero plegable que no cabía, era imposible tender las toallas, etc. de seis personas. No había secadora, o sea que no pudimos hacer ni una lavadora ya que no teníamos donde tenderla. La luz de la cocina y comedor era mínima, muy cálida y no se veía bien. No había un mantel o algo un poco más higiénico para la mesa del comedor de cristal. Los mantelitos individuales olían fatal. Los cajones de los lavabos no se podían abrir bien y salían de las guías. Pero lo peor con diferencia el calor, ha sido lamentable no poder descansar y el ruido de la calle tampoco ayudaba. Al final estar con mi familia sin trabajar lo arregla todo, pero lo encuentro penoso que sea tan lucrativo el tema de alquileres vacacionales y no se piense que somos personas que ahorramos para disfrutar una semana con la familia. El primer día pasé por la inmobiliaria para explicar lo del calor y los ventiladores y no me sentí bien atendida. Me sentí que me trataban con indiferencia y su respuesta fue que se lo dirían a la dueña del apartamento.

Negative experience: Incompetent is putting it lightly... My husband was given a rental contract for his apartment for 5 years to a tenant. The first problem was with the name change regarding the electricity; the second has been with the deposit that should have been returned to my husband since June 30, when the tenant left the apartment, and they said they would take care of everything... On several occasions, it was reminded what was happening with the deposit that had not yet been deposited, and Mr. Xavi, brother of the one who supposedly handled the paperwork, told my husband... 'my brother is handling this,' and after 2 months, we are still waiting for the deposit. So it turns out that today we learned that this deposit HAD NOT BEEN PROCESSED (so we had to handle it ourselves, and in 2 hours, we finished it) ah... and they said this would take between 1 and 2 months to deposit (which you can have in your account in 10 OR 15 days). Finally, it turns out that the contract made between the owner and tenant was poorly done without a viability certificate and energy qualification registration.
