Negative experience: The attention from Ms. Estela was dreadful. I am the owner of a property managed by Finques Saura, and the service was disappointing with very little willingness to help. A despotic and arrogant behavior. I do not recommend it at all.

Negative experience: I went to drop off some paperwork for the homeowners' association payment. The reception girl, Estela Céspedes, asked me if I was an owner, and I told her no, but that I was the one who paid the community fees. She told me to wait a moment; when she came out, she started speaking to me in Catalan, and I asked her to please explain it to me in Spanish. She then said, 'You don’t understand Catalan, but we are in Catalonia. What are you doing then, if you go to the United Kingdom?' to which I replied that I didn’t speak it and I was just there to drop off paperwork, not for her to judge whether I spoke Catalan or not. I told her that apart from that, she is not Catalan either, just like me. Why does she keep speaking to me in Catalan? She responded in a very arrogant way: 'I really integrate,' and I replied: what a sense of superiority for an immigrant just like me. I asked her to call a superior, and she told me that she was the one in charge. First and last time I go there; the girl is super rude and arrogant.

Negative experience: Dreadful management of the property in my experience as a tenant. They took more than a week to replace the broken heater and left us without hot water for a week. They charged us from the security deposit for cleaning services when we left the apartment cleaner than when we received it. They charged us for bulbs, which were not present at the start of the contract, at €10 per bulb. Two months after leaving the apartment, they sent me an email with a charge for electricity corresponding to the month of August (in my name) when I left the apartment on June 30th. The worst real estate agency in Girona.
