Negative experience: Hemos intentado alquilar un piso i nos pide 3 meses , pero según la ley de generalitat que entró en vigor la semana pasada dice Repercutir en el arrendatario los gastos de gestión inmobiliaria o de formalización.Te cobran 3 meses ,eso según la Generalitat es ilegal tampoco dice el índice de alquiler, no me da más remedio que informar a Generalitat de Cataluña sobre esa tema
