Positive experience: Llamé interesándome por una propiedad en venta que el dueño tiene arrendada una planta de almacén siendo tres en total y no ofreció solución ya no digo disposición para la parte superior ya digo ni contando de cara a posibles hipoteca parcial mía el alquiler del bajo ,,quizás si vuelvo con el C1, Parlant un perfecte català , No ho sé si que sé que el bon venedor t'ho ven en xinès si cal, primer va la feina...

Fantastic experience: Bon dia, jo fa molts anys que els coneg i tant al Dani com el Jaume sempre ens han acullit de deu. Ens han buscat el que volien i hem estat super a gust. I sempre tinc bon record d' ells. Quant vinc per Camprodon sempre hi miro, se que ara se han cambiat de lloc. Però son molt bona gent i molt professionals.

Negative experience: I give 1 star because you can't give less. I asked about a rental apartment and the only thing they want is tourists or civil servants (as said by Dani, the one in charge of rentals). You can't trust him, you go in to ask and he doesn't even sit down to look at anything, he quickly tells you that there is nothing available with the same old face. We've been living in Camprodon for 7 years, 7 years trying to rent an apartment with them. You leave your phone number so they can call you when something is available, they never call... and I know for a fact that they have apartments available. Is it because we don't have salaries of €2500 and above? Who knows, now for those coming from outside, they have all kinds of apartments available! Thank you Dani and to the Camprodon real estate.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed. They play with people and emotions. The manager of the real estate agency and my family were finalizing the purchase of an apartment. We were detailing the things to be repaired and we agreed to take it. At no time did they ask us to make a reservation payment. I called when they reopened and another person told me that they signed a deposit at the same moment we were at the apartment, the deposit was authorized by the manager who was with me... if it is true, he was looking and writing on his phone. UNBELIEVABLE when he told me, my disappointment and my whole family's disappointment. To inform you, those who signed the deposit went to the office after us. Incredible, not a word or seriousness. Anyway, now I write more calmly, I have already purchased a new apartment and the negotiation and treatment without them has gone smoothly. Good luck to the new buyers!!!! Just to notify. I respond to their response: No one advanced us, as that afternoon we were the first to enter and my first sentence was: 'I come to finalize the purchase of the apartment we saw this morning, what do we need to do? ...and the older gentleman told the young man, 'I'll take care of it, let's go to talk about it on-site,' perhaps there was some premeditated intention... by the way, I want to add that when I called they told me that the older gentleman was traveling and Alex, I think that was his name, excused himself, and I asked him to call me back to discuss what happened, I'm still waiting, it seems like they don't want to talk face to face.

Negative experience: Don't answer any emails, very arrogant. But if you see us, tell us by phone to send you an email requesting the refund of the fine, hahaha.

Negative experience: We visited an apartment, told them we wanted to buy it, but they didn't want to accept a reservation or make a deposit since it was a cash deal for a quick signing. After more than two weeks waiting for them to ask the seller for the documentation, I was informed that the apartment had been sold by the seller. Their confidence in not accepting a formal reservation caused me to lose out. Moreover, the sales representative has not been able to face me and does not answer my calls.

Negative experience: Muy decepcionado y me duele escribir pero perdí dinero y por ello estoy aquí, alquilé un piso en pleno Covid, por cosas de la vida tuve que dejarlo a los 8 meses avisando con 45 días de antelación y dejando visitarlo 1 mes aún en contrato, el propietario (Ferrán) no me devolvió Fianza y ellos se lavaron las manos, 0 sensibilidad por parte del propietario y ellos, solo importa el dinerito, que les aproveche, gracias por ponerse en mi lugar, He tomado nota,cuidado los contratos que firmen con ellos y la letra pequeña, Poco aspecto humano, Retorno muy malo, lento, nunca recibí mi dinero, ni parte, ni explicación, ni sensibilidad. Gracias Ferrán y gracias fincas Camprodon por vuestra gestión. Ojala algún día se den cuenta de lo mal que actuaron con nosotros y la falta que me hacía ese dinero en momentos tan complicados. Defendieron el interés y no la humanidad eso habla bien de ustedes y vuestra ética. Yo perdí pero espero que otros no caigan en el mismo error.

Fantastic experience: Volia agrair a Finques Camprodon la gestió de la venda del nostre nou pis. Estem molt contents no només del propi pis sinó també de la gestió i transparència de tot el procés i les facilitats que ens han donat per visitar-lo tantes vegades com hem volgut abans de comprar-lo. En especial agrair a en Dani, molt bon coneixedor de la geografia, l'entorn i els materials de construccions fets servir per les seves múltiples explicacions. Havíem mirat pisos amb pràcticament totes les agències de la zona i en cap ens han ofert ni de lluny el tracte vostre. Una forta abraçada!

Positive experience: Tenen una web molt poc funcional, sense possibilitats de posar alertes, i complicada de utilitzar. En l'apartat lloguers, no despengen les finques ja llogades, cosa que indueix a confusions.
