Negative experience: I'm renting a house, which is managed by Finques Blanda for the last 3 years. Raquel is very friendly in person, but at best mediocre at her job. Very bad communication on important matters ( like for example a water leak at home) take forever to solve and often times are overlooked from her side. Also little professionalism when texting with her, as she responds to formal writing in one word answers and in a very non-proactive way.
