Negative experience: Impresentables: fa un any que he pagat les arres i encara espero formalitzar la compra. Em van mentir sobre la situació registral de la finca i en un any no han sabut resoldre-ho. No responen missatges, no comuniquen res i així va passant el temps.

Negative experience: Una experiència nefasta i gens recomanable. Gestió immobiliària pèssima. Fan el que volen i quan reclames, posen excuses absurdes. Una estrella em sembla massa pel que realment es mereix.

Negative experience: Pongo una porque cero no es posible,como propietaria ,el alquiler lo pagan cuando les viene bien,se pasan la pelota de unos a otros ,te venden algo que solo cumplen el primer mes,los pagos han de estar del 27 al 30 de cada mes y nunca están,a pesar de que nunca se paga un alquiler a mes vencido,no lo recomiendo ni a mí peor enemigo

Negative experience: Y porque no puedo poner menos estrellas, no sirven para nada, problema que hay, problema que no resuelven, hacen el paripé de que sí, pero no, o lo solucionas tú o te toman por tonto. No se responsabilizan de NADA, se pasan el problema de unos a otros, les da igual las condiciones de vida que tengas en sus edificios, si tienen que sacarte los bomberos o que se te caigan a cachos los muros. Es una vergüenza, te suben el precio del alquiler incumpliendo los contratos, pero para cobrar son los primeros, qué esperar de una empresa que hasta pierde los documentos necesarios y te pide a ti una copia??? Me río por no llorar...

Negative experience: Mal fui a preguntar por un piso que tenien en la web y me dicen que no tienen Pisos de alquiler y cuando le digo que he visto en su web me dice que estan casi reservados si están reservados todos porque no los quitan de la pagina

Negative experience: Pongo una estrella porque no se puede dejar en blanco. La experiencia como propietaria es nefasta. Los alquileres llegan tarde, no contestan al teléfono, no hacen subida de IPC cuando toca... Entre otras muchas.. Tienes que estar llamando a la Srta. Judith y rogar para que te coja el teléfono o para que te devuelva la llamada y luego, claro... que realice su trabajo como debería hacerlo, que nunca lo hace... Es error tras error. No lo recomiendo para nada. Te venden un servicio que luego para nada se cumple. Y si pides explicaciones, nadie sabe nada y nadie hace nada. Decepcionante y muy frustrante. Trato de pena. Muy muy muy mal servicio.

Negative experience: Pésima gestión. No contestan, no toman nota, no saben qué inmuebles tienen en cartera. He llamado casi a diario durante dos semanas para conseguir una visita. Jamás confiaría en esta gente para ninguna gestión.

Negative experience: I rented an apartment in August for Christmas through Booking. Now I search for the apartment on Booking and it doesn’t exist. I call the phone number they gave me with the reservation and no one answers. I call the phone number I find on the website and they tell me that the person in charge is doing a visit and that the number I had was lost. They take my details to call me and they never do. I call back asking for the name of the person in charge and they tell me that he doesn't work there, they ask what it's about, and when I say it's about a Booking reservation, they hang up on me directly.

Negative experience: Very good, while you give them the deposit money, then they don't answer the phone, they don't give any explanation big or small, it's a shame that you can't trust this real estate agency.

Negative experience: A disaster. Everything looks nice when you give them your property for sale, but they just file it away. I asked them to correct the photos, (the photo report leaves a lot to be desired) 'they told me yes, but they didn't do it. When I sent them a message to talk, they replied that 'I'll call you shortly', and I'm still waiting... In the end, I requested to cancel the listing, they told me 'I'll remove it tomorrow' and there it is.....

Negative experience: The truth is that I cannot give any favorable rating. A total disinterest in selling my plot+mobile home even after I lowered the price on two occasions. After a month and a half, they took the photos and posted them on the website. Obviously, I told them that the exclusivity was not valid due to breach of contract and that I would bring my own viewings. From the agency, not a single viewing was made. However, I brought about 10 and eventually managed to sell it. I sold it myself; if it had been up to them, I would be dead waiting. They only care about a series of expensive properties to make more money; the others are just sitting there on the website. Patricia was nice, but being nice is not enough; we need actions.

Negative experience: The worst of the worst in community issues, they have ruined us and stopped managing communities overnight after charging invoices whose origin is unknown, and they haven't even shown their faces. Negative experience: As community administrators, THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER. I am the owner of a property located in a community they managed. In May 2021, I informed them of a damp issue, information they never communicated to the community at any time. The community didn't become aware until several months later when I personally told them. As a result of the negligence of the management, currently, a year and a half later, the damp issue has still not been fixed. Customer service is also very poor: they almost never respond to the emails you send, and when you call, the person you want to speak to is usually unavailable, nor do they have the habit of returning calls. Additionally, they sometimes tell lies, such as claiming they have requested a quote for a community repair, and later you find out that they never actually requested the quote. To top it off, this fall (fall 2022) they decided to abandon the management of the community to which I belong overnight, without informing the neighbors or having any prior agreed transition plan with us. In short: an absolute disaster. So absolute a disaster that the fact that they left us stranded this fall is, paradoxically, the best thing that could have happened to us as a community.

Negative experience: At first, everything was going perfectly until we decided to leave the apartment they managed for personal reasons; this is where it became very complicated to get responses. The process of returning the deposit was torturous, they exceeded the maximum refund period stipulated in the contract and reimbursed us in two payments, arguing that they didn't realize it was three months of deposit instead of two. Three months after officially leaving the apartment, the electricity and water bills were still charged to my account, so I had to leave it at zero until they decided to update the information (Partly my fault).
